the only boss i've died to (not counting when i was doing all of them no damage for the waddle dees) was morpho knight but i havent done ultimate cup z yet so that's probably gonna change
Fun fact: Sillydillo's cage slam (and that of his Phantom counterpart) is the only instant death scenario in this game, since pits and crushers only take a chunk of your health instead. I'm dead serious. It even kills you if you have the second health bar.
you think that was intentional? cause it looked like there was going to be more happening after slamming that cage on the ground. i mean, why would they bother adding that smoke effect in the end?
@@mrsmithers69 still, it kind of unnecessary to add a special effect that only happens in a split second and just freezes. actually...thats probably for 2 players in the event the 2nd player gets instantly killed.
Honestly, I never got to see any of these besides the dark vortex one (very hard to avoid on the first try) most of the boss related deaths are pretty brutal though... Of course the average kirby player won't know unless they tried to die because lets be honest... They give you plenty of time to escape (besides the vortex, what makes it worse is the *_"And here we are!"_* that goes with it)
I think That cage attack of sillydillo, since he shakes you around, and then slams you into the ground, is an instant kill if you don’t break out after a few seconds.
I somehow managed to beat the entire game (including all the postgame all the way through morpho night) deathless, even tho I did do a lot of the tough fights, including final boss and post game, with double health and a Maxim tomato in my inventory (so basically 3x health). That being said, I came really close to dying twice. Once during morpho night,between the 3 phase in that fight almost chewed through 3 health bars. The other time was during the first fight against Sillydillo. Only had one health bar for that one but couldn’t figure out how to dodge at first and almost died
@@mugpup310 I meant Kirby is a balloon right? So he should pop. Of course Kirby I don't think is made of metal, and like, of course he wouldn't POP usually, but he is balloon Kirby so he should pop, then again, maybe you are right since Kirby doesn't possess a balloons power, but rather just drinks water, oh and maybe of course that would mean he is in his Kirby form not actually transofrmed into a balloon so he wouldn't pop but, hmm...
Apparently there are no more extra-lives, just as in Super Mario Odyssey. So what happens if you die? Do you just lose some coins as in Super Mario Odyssey as well?
@@jaykay8426 Yes, compared to Super Mario Odyssey, I can easily do without the 10 coins that are taken from me upon death. It hardly feels like a penalty.
