@Joesif Beadin Joe, trespassing is unlawfully gaining access. When someone has people visiting (they were invited . . .), but your place is so beautiful and comfortable that they do not want to leave, that's not trespassing. They're being annoying, maybe. They're obnoxious, probably. But they're not criminals
I’m in love with this ranch. I keep coming back to day dream living here. Has everything I’ve ever wanted in a home ♥️ If I ever win the lottery I’m going to build one just like it. I’d never try to buy it off the owners living in it no way they would ever sell. I know I wouldn’t if it was mine.
Beautiful home and perfectly shown. I actually found the guy telling us about it very delightful. He spoke very calmly, gave great information about the home, and didn't blabber on about things just to hear himself talk. Great job!
Of all the homes I've seen intrested HGTV etc I've never seen one I've loved so much and so perfect, the interior design from walls to art and furnishings is amazing
Beautiful! I love the stone work. I want to have a home like that. Just beautiful. Maybe next lifetime. I don’t know what you have to do to have a home like that besides have money. I am one of the have nots. But I do have a home so I should not complain. And food and a bed to sleep in and heat and air so I will not complain anymore.
Beautiful home, lots of detail. This home was built by local home builder Lopez Custom Homes. I remember walking through this home during the build. The back patio is my favorite part of the home.
My fav house in the whole world ! So many endless things to do for my business with organic soaps, organic candles. Plus I’ve been t o France and know how mist places looks like over there. Fits my style. Is the floor slab heated,
I'm watching this video, thinking, oh, this is the most beautiful home and property I have ever seen. I pause the video, walk to the kitchen, and I find myself singing, "Let's fall in love. Why shouldn't we fall in love". I think, why am I singing that song? I come back to the video and listen to the music. Yes, it is "Let's fall in love." Aren't you clever. Perfect song for the property.
Absolutely beautiful! No idea why a person would sell this home. When God blesss me with millions,I'd to love own a property like this. Stunning! Some family will certainly be happy here.🏡🤗💞
It’s Absolutely Beautiful! The stone helps keep it cooler in the summertime. The backyard is fantastic, along with that wonderful view! You could even have family/friends live with you without feeling crowded... someday... maybe someday... sigh.
So beautiful. I wish I could afford such a place. It would be a wonderful generational home that I could pass on to my kids. It really is so beautiful.
This video makes me miss texas. I moved two years ago because if I had to leave because this country was going into a dictatorship I was going to Canada. I miss the houses in texas . I still have my land in spring Branch not far from fredericksburg. 10 miles from Blanco texas. I don’t miss the scorpions.
@@numarkaz the houses up here are junk. At least the houses in texas they’re real size bedrooms not closets. Up here they charge $1300 on up for two closet sized bedrooms and the electric isn’t on every wall . We’ve been looking for a house that’s not built in the early 1900’s . We don’t want a dirt basement. The pandemic has made house hunting hard and these people want to do a back ground check which is illegal and credit check when most people are out of work and struggling to just eat. It’s ridiculous! Here they count hospital bill into your credit report so you’ll never be able to rent a place if you catch covid and end up in the hospital like most. Those aren’t worries in texas. Just finding a place is hard and needing one with a w/d hook up is impossible. I spent $2,000 on a w/d and most have junk w/d machines that are junk and half don’t work. Or the apts are so tiny.
Quarry rock is what I love... I was in Frisco, TX one time... took a sample block home for reference... cause I want to build a home around that stone look.
Oh how I wish I had the means to get a home by my father in Kerrville, Tx is right down the road. Unfortunatly...I have no money, Covid has me living day to day without hope. Sorry...im just venting here. Dreamer
@@texasstardust6010 Historically, one had no expectation of privacy in the “public” rooms (parlor, salon, living room, kitchen). For privacy one retreated to the study/library, or the “private” apartments, i.e., bedroom suites. (You can still do that today)
I'm sorry but this would not be for me I don't like the Hill Country and that's where it is I have all the wineries I don't drink wine so that doesn't interest me Fredericksburg were lindenberg Johnson that's where they were raised I didn't like him so that. Don't really like anything do I I like me no not a narcissist not at all I'm just very select as to who I socialize with LOL. We take the RV way to travel sometimes. Up there to just grab something to eat because it's on the way it's the back roads and I see all the phonies and I see all the Karen and the Joneses know that's not my life I don't want no part of it
@@juan6810 Well, I’ve got 1 shotgun and getting ready to get a .410 for the rattlesnakes (we live in northern Arizona), 2 rifles, no AR15, and a .40 cal. 😆
Oh, my goodness...how could they bear to leave this estate? If I was creating a home with everything I love, it would be this home. Only thing, the guest house is the size I’d need!
I was married to a Bratton and his family lived in Texas, except for the ones that lived in Calif. My daughter’s last name is Bratton too. It’s a beautiful spread, just ideal for my family to get out of here and move in to! Guess we are gonna have to arm wrestle for the keys! lol Hell, we could all move on that land, just put in some tiny houses!
No doubt there are specialty storage drawer for all kitchen needs, plus the island, and also overflow storage in cabinets and closets in butler’s pantry.
That’s a fine piece of real estate but think of the upkeep. I couldn’t own something like this because half of the family would want to move in and the other half would see it as their cheap vacation getaway!
