66 YR OLD MAN FROM JALUKIE FILES RTI, IMPOSED TO APOLOGIZE & WITHDRAW 

Nagaland is changing after media's are taking active role in every corner, thank you Global window for taking up all this case. Every person has the right to fight against corruption. He have right to file RTI to whoever is not right.

Arrest all the culprits who have threatened him to withdraw the RTI

After 70 yrs Only one brave uncle stood up against corruption,Especially youth support him.

Summoning for filing an RTI? Is there not even single educated member among the council? How can they harass him for filing an RTI which is our Fundamental Right. Concerned authority should look into this matter and deliver justice to this brave man. If he approach the court those VC members will be in problem.

Now I think it's time we wakeup and know our own rights. Evry public should be aware of their own rights now regardless it's town or village. Evry individual and citizen of india have the right to file an RTI against any dept. There are many loopholes within our society starting from our village head and I think it's better to make it right and let the corrupted citizen individual or group of society to face the truth.

I admire the courage and willingness to find truth, displayed by Mr. Namsilakbe of New Jalukie Village. I am ashamed of those so called Chairmen of Jalukie Valley who threatened and suppressed the RTI Act over the innocent villager. Befitting punishment should be delivered to those Chairmen as per law of the nation. So that, lesson will be learned and Corruption overloaded under their leaderships will banished once and forever.

If the administration and court take no action against the council members while providing the legimate information to the very brave activist, we can say we no longer have govt.

If the council or the leaders are wrong, the unions should not endorse the wrong doers, but should removed from their post, also even the students unions should raise the voices and strongly support like this people......

You should approach the administration for the threats by your village council. The administration should make an inquiry and take serious action against the village council if it's true.

If those village councils aren't arrested then i will never trust our constituency. Many kind of issues like this exist in nagaland. Law is above all and for all and no council or organisations are above it.

How did the members even get inside the village council without having a little basic knowledge about the constitution? Situations like these are the corollary of inducting people blindly!
