I’ll be making your aunt Audrey’s (I hope I spelled that correctly) recipe tomorrow…I’ll be using my own fig preserves….wish me luck. I have spent the past hour scouring through your page. I still put my lids in hot water and sterilize my jars. Good instructions Gay, I don’t see why it wouldn’t be safe, you’re still here and you been eating it for years. Looks like a keeper, what do you use it on. I was surprised to see you today, trying a new vanilla on a cookie that has to chill for a while before I send you some to try, I should send the recipe to these chocolate chip cookies also, they are unbelievable, the best I ever made. Yes I want to see your garden.

Hi Gay, I enjoyed your video. I shared your video with one of my daughters that just got a canner. I love your extra little tips. Looking forward to seeing your garden. Did you say that before you freeze your tomatoes you cut the tops off. My three different cherry tomato plants have given me so many I can’t eat all of them I just share with family and friends. I have four determinate tomatoes but so far I eat them up and don’t have enough to freeze. My daughter came in this weekend from Brenham and brought me a couple Cherokee purple tomatoes. I just don’t get enough sun to grow them. They are yummy though. Lord bless❤️✝️🙏
