On this build I am going to relocate the Fuel Tank under the Floor in the Bed. This Part is showing pluging the hole in the cab for the existing Fuel Filler.
That is how it did mine with piece of scrap. Tack, and cool, tack and cool. Harbor Freight sell this air belt sander and I just got the 1/2” X 18” for $98. I did but a few different belts in 3M Cubitron-2. They last a long time & shocked how quick the were copied! You got one more thing to check off your list! DK, Omaha.
I am doing this as to keep the heat down in the Metal. If you let the metal get to hot then you will have warping and other issues so I always take in nice and slow so it will stay perfect.
