Before I get started watching this, I wanted to say that Absol is my absolute favorite RU-vidr nowadays. This channel is the epitome of clean, clever and quality Pokemon content. I've been looking forward to this video since the indigo disc came out. I don't catch very many streams as of late since I'm finishing my last semester of college, but boy am I thankful for you, Matt! Parasocial relationship and all that.

I think one thing that makes you content so special is so many people rush to play the new content and there is an aspect of joy and whimsy that is lost in the rush to put out videos. But you take your time, you play it your way, and we get to experience that joy and fun that is so pure!!! And even if the content has been out for months, it feels novel through your records of your journey. Your videos are always worth the way. This isnt to say i dont still watch the videos that come out immediately, i like those too. Each has there place in this pokemon content environment. but yours are not worth any less because they take a long time to come out.

Your attention to detail is amazing. The way the dlc area zero crew mirrors and/or foils the original area zero crew. Noticing Carbink's appearance and tying it with the fact that it was transfer only. Terapagos being hard coded to be male despite it having a 50/50 gender ratio. You should become a writer dude, this is insane.

These movies are always so much fun! Pecharunt's theme is such a jam that even everyone in-game is dancing to it. I also really liked Kieran's champion battle theme. Those two followed by Terapagos, Penny, Team Star Boss, and Champion Nemona battle themes are my favorite music tracks in SV.

So glad that Cal Zone was able to show off the unused Oddish-exclusive Z-Move animation at 38:55. Sucks we never got Oddishium Z in Alola.
