Coming together Roger. That's a complicated little puzzle!

My roof to quarter raised area was the same. I had to trim off some of the roof edge to bring it down. Then spliced the quarter and roof and moved it together to make a nice line. That is one area I always look at during car shows. You would be amazed how bad some of them are.

Yeah, it looks from the video that the radius of that big curve is a little too big. I was going to suggest what you said. Let's see what the experts say. Bottom of the car looks sweet Roger.

I have the DSE subframe connectors, I will be removing them for a Roadster Shop SPEC chassis. My LS3 torques the body even with the connectors. I’m running a LS3 430hp, 425tq and it’s more than enough for these light cars.

Rs has it figured out, I had already bought all my stuff from dse before those chassis were a thing.

And yet, can the alarming discord of the front frame of the car flexing against the body-shell ever be eliminated? Remember my Aunt bought a new Z28 in 1979, it was quite freaky how a brand new car would shake and tremble up and down and side to side on even minor bumps. Did the GM engineers do any actual real world R&D prior to Nova, Camaro-Firebird variants launch? Greater thickness of metal in some areas is futile until actual dynamic stress testing is done. That's what I've always liked about European and Japanese cars, the floor boards, etc. have so many beads, ovals, etc. and calculated thin gauge crossmembers. Their cars structures have always been stiffer in beam and torsional rigidity compared to American body on frame or unibody endeavors.

Probably not, they just needed to sell cars didn’t care if they were flexing or not

Aftermarket panels will never fit perfectly like factory panels without major massaging. I believe it’s because of GM Copywrite laws unless all aftermarket manufacturers are just plain stupid.
