6AM MORNING ROUTINE (2024) | peaceful and productive habits to start the day *aesthetic* 

There is nothing better than a countryside walk. Before I had my daughter I would love exploring the farmland and footpaths that were on my doorstep, stumbling along sheep, horses and some very friendly feral cats. Now my daughter is here those kind of walks are a little hard with a pushchair but we still try and get out with her and already loves nature and animals ❤❤ as always enjoying your videos while I'm working 😆😆 ETA: As someone who works off of two screens, I am pretty envious of your setup, probably geeky to some but I'm loving it 😂😂

What a lovely kick up the bum you've given me to start my mornings earlier! I got into such a good routine, then I went on holiday before you know it was Christmas and I've slumped back into bad habits. I'd love to not have to rush back from my morning dog walk and stop and look at all that beautiful nature around me. Have time to sit down and have a cup of tea instead of drinking it while working. Have time for a morning workout, but something in the slow cooker for dinner later. It sounds simple but it makes the mornings so much lovelier. Also thank you for the discount! I've ordered the new scents from wild and super tempted to try their body wash!

Omg I have that same silly chair 😂😂 it’s definitely helpful for posture and to switch it off throughout the day, on top of that I have a big comfy chair and a walking pad. I went a little overboard but since I work 100% remotely it really helps to switch between the three. My morning routine: wake up 30 minutes before heading to work. Get dressed, brush my teeth, put make up on and have som coffee. Then head to work. No, I don't light some candles, I'm not doing some journaling or meditate. I would NEVER wake up several hours before work to do that. For me, my sleep is my first priority and I'm not wasting my evening going to bed early just to wake up at 6. No way. I'm aware that 30 minutes isn't a lot, but I'm also aware that waking up several hours before aren't common either.
