Hii, I also have 3 steps in the morning but when I jump from bed I need a shower, if not is like my body still sleeping. Also I wake up at 6, weekends at 7 😊 Then breakfast, coffee and drive 15 minutes to work (8-3) and pilates class or 🥾 in the afternoon. In summer, beach 😊
