And many masters live in slums, cities etc etc as the outer is not relevant. Many of them are very unattractive and most don’t want to be known or seen. These are the pinnacle but you have to look.
I work a lot with cognitive behavior therapy for my mental health, and all three of you guys truly practice so many of the concepts. Provides me with inspiration for myself. Treating our bodies well and loving life is truly all its about, and you guys do a truly amazing job of showcasing that in a manner that is not pretentious or disinegenuous. It's not just your routine and how you do it, it is everything you are doing in that time.. talking about manifestation and gratefulness is what I love. Being thankful is something I sometimes lack.. and being aware of my own being. I'm glad I came across this video to start back where I lost myself. ✌️😁 Jah bless
Loved the video Travis, always love watching other people’s morning routines. Water and coffee are a huge part of my morning, sitting in the garden in the sun with the animals, spending some time catching up with my mom, and then doing a daily devotional, perfect start to my day. Before getting into the often messy task of texts, emails and social media. Have to ground yourself inwardly before stepping into that outside stuff.
Yall have convinced me to live a healthier life with a proper balance. I love how you all embrace who you really are instead of trying to form to social norms. Thank you for being who you guys are and live the best lives to the fullest content.
1. Stay off Phone 2. Drink Lots of Water 3. 10 Min in the Sun 4. Exercise Gratituity (be greatful for the little things) / Close your eyes and feel if anything hurts in your body . 5. Cool video. I've been searching for a good morning routine for the past few months and I find this very inspiring. My morning routine for the past months has been: 1. get up at a little before 6 or 6 o clock (during work days, during holidays get up between 7:30 and 8 AM) 2. Meditate (I love to use the Headspace application for inspiration on meditation methods and to help get me that little bit extra self-awareness during the day) 3. Yoga (Usually start up doing the Sun Salutation and then 1 or 2 random stretches) 4. EAT!! (Oats, peanutbutter, raisins and an apple) 5. Coffee, either double or tripple espresso does the trick for me and then just drink Ginger tea for the rest of the day. 6. Workout at the gym 7. Go to the sauna in my gym. 8. I'm as fresh as could be then. I just finished reading "The Suble Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson". I know it sounds like a bit of a negative vibe, but it's actually a really interesting book with counterintuitive approaches to life. Right now I just started reading "In The Buddha's Words by Bikkhu Bodhi" with a foreword by the Dalai Lama, which is reallly interesting!) Cheers for the video, Right on! 🤙

My mantra this morning: I am grateful for my health, and speed, and strength; I am grateful to live in California where I can run in the mountains and swim in the ocean in the same morning; I am grateful for the Smith Brothers for constantly inspiring me and reminding me of the way I want to live my life.
Very inspirational. You know it’s easy to become distracted and watching videos like these really helps you remember to get back into the vibe and groove. I love that no phone! What a great practice! However number 1 take away and what can be done every single day no excuses at all is to be grateful! One thing I love to do every morning before getting dressed is to skin brush. It's a great way to say hello to myself. I also add a Molecular Hydrogen to my morning drinking water.

Yo trav! I like to wake up before the sun (3:30), when it’s still pitch black. I feel that cold hardness on myself, like I’m a proper hustler, and get such a good pump, go on a run in the dark- fight some fears first thing! Thanks for another great vid!

Well I wish I had time to do all that before I start working. But my morning routine.. when not working and rushing.. is I wake up early around 9 am.. drink at least 1L of water then I do a workout that can take either 20 or 1 hour. I have my breakfast and I start the day. Reading I prefer in the evening. Meditating I also do before bed. Sending love to you all.. great video Travis. Thank you!!! 💜
I wish I could live this life. Especially getting more sunshine, but I live in Pennsylvania and its Fall and getting chilly and a long winter ahead. Plus my husband doesnt want to move. You are so sweet and awesome!

Definitely love getting up before the sun and doing my thing. Super duper quit worlds sleeping while I'm sipping coffee amd getti g hyped on surf videos etc and then I make my way to the beach. To great the sun.🙏🏼☀️

Met you last weekend at the grocery! I have to say when I saw you and your bro’s taking the ice bath it inspired me to take ice cold showers. I definitely feel the benefits less inflammation and wakening of the senses. Also I need to break away from the phone in the morning. It makes me feel crazy! I’m working on that🤙 thanks for the great vlogs guys!
For my morning routine, it also changes alot: ~ I like to sleep until I feel well rested ~ Lemon water to start, ideally 16 oz ~ I 'pray' and ask my Higher Self to fill my body, my cells, and my chakras, also call on the Archangels and Ascended Masters for guidance ~ I try not to check messages from my friends but sometimes I do ~ Right now... Wim Hoff breathwork and a cold shower the last couple days ~ A meditation if Im feeling it ~ Or Ill go to the ocean / forest by my house ~ Ideally movement.. walk / dance / kundalini yoga It changes everyday, Id like to be a bit more strict with it because it does really set the vibe for my day
