Kelso, Brook, and Betsy are all one of the reasons that they should have ended this show after season 6. This is the season where they really focused on transitioning the group from teens to adults. But then in season 7 and 8 they regressed them, I guess to avoid changing the show to much (which still happened in season 8).

i loved the Brooke and kelso storyline why did they have to ruin it Brooke some how made him come to senses on how to treat women if that make sense , she made him a more mature boy for once in his life the writers forgot all about this storyline it made me mad that they just thru away the whole Brooke and kelso storyline🤦🏾‍♀️

@big Birds the writers always regressed Kelso after he has character development. Like before this when Laurie cheated on him and he felt the same pain he put Jackie through. And after he won her back he became a way better boyfriend. Then the writer’s made him run off to California and become an antagonist to Hyde and Jackie.

@@butt5ful idk. I think kelso had matured, but Jackie hadn’t. She was very controlling which pushed Kelso to cheating in the first place. I think Kelso realized she wanted what she wanted and didn’t care what he wanted. Same reason she kinda pushed Hyde away, by always pushing him to be someone she knew he wasnt. So I don’t think he necessarily regressed (also his best friend dating his ex has to suck) but I think he want trying to settle down until he found a supportive partner.

It was not Brooke who made him grow up. It was Betsey. The fact that he had a daughter made him more respectful of woman.

I think having a baby and brooke at his side should be Kelso's end game.. His character grow from a dumb pretty boy to a grown up that willing to learn and be a better person.. Feels so dumb how he ended up in an adult industry as a security when he's probably just 19 or 20, and leave brooke and the baby to date random girls again
