@@inspiration356you can't really stop an earthquake. It's plate tectonics in motion and if it doesn't rupture it's just gonna build up more potential energy. You also need a lot of water to cool nuclear reactors. Japan is one of the most ready nations in the world to deal with earthquakes, that kind of struggle creates innovation through necessity
I mean, the crappy part is, earthquakes DO happen, BUT they can also be created by black budget government technology. So knowing which is which is basically impossible.
