Good morning to you, Mark. Just wanted to say when alluding to this particular color of a horse it is a blue "roan". Also, there are no 'Blue rhone or blue roan appaloosas. The term "blue roan" only refers to color. There are Quarter horses (appaloosas are quarter horses), Tennesse Walking horses, and many other breeds that are this particular color. There are "appaloosas and leopard appaloosas", the word "leopard" pertaining to many, small dark splotches on a white background.
