Korn self titled, Korn Life Is Peachy, Slipknot self titled, Slipknot Iowa, System Of A Down self titled, Taproot Gift, and Stainds first album. There's sooo many more. I'm surprised you didn't put Slipknot on your list.

Nickelback - Dark Horse Green Day - 21st Breakdown Biffy Clyro- Only Revolutions A Day To Remember - What Separates Me From You Nirvana- In Utero Slipknot - Slipknot Sum 41 - Underclass Hero The first two albums are probably the two that properly got me into rock music and were the albums I remember buying and playing for about a year straight even though they’re definitely not the best of those bands’ catalogues. Going to throw in System of a Down and BFMV as bonus teen nostalgia bands more generally as they’re the bands all of my friend group loved. Ah, 2008-2011 was a weird time.

Hybrid Theory, Around the Fur, ...And Justice For All, Sleepwalkers by Dead Swans, Hollow Crown by Architects, Nirvana Unplugged and...Evil Empire by Rage. Different ages for sure, I loved Hybrid Theory when I must have been like 8 or 9, and Dead Swans and Architects came in around 10 years later, but all were instrumental as hell in my varied tastes now.

Megadeth - Rust through to Cryptic: I just thought all these albums were pretty much faultless and had a progression from thrash/speed masterclass to great rock writing in four easy steps. Metallica - Load: Myself and my best mate pretty much loved it after a couple of listens and didn't understand why others didn't. That and Risk were the albums that made me realise there was more to life than metal. Load since about a month after it's release has and will always be my favourite Metallica album Patti Rothberg - Between the 1 and the 9: This was recommended by my local indie record store and I still really enjoy this album. Bluesy rocky and possibly my first introduction to female vocals being damn cool. Kill ii This - Deviate: This album is hugely underrated. Out of all the albums that came out of that 'nu' period this is the only one that's remains constantly in my playlist. Great riffs mixed with beats, opera, choral and r'n'b. It blew my mind at the time and still is a comfortable 9/10 album. Skyscraper - Superstate/Shooters: It's a shame that this band never got a good run. Somewhere between grunge/industrial.metal and indie, they had a knack for writing superb catchy but heavy rock songs. Still listen to these two albums regulary. Sepultura - Chaos Ad: Like you the band that introduced me to heavier heavy music but it was Chaos AD that first hit and is still my favourite. Anthrax - Sound of White Noise: It just contained classic rock song after classic rock song. It's interesting how much I have diversified since then but yet still happily listen to most of these as much now as I did then. I guess I am a couple of years older as I remember all those albums you had in your list but they didn't hit (most of them) in the same way the above ones did for me. Also The More Things Change and Deliverance would have to be close runners too.
