I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc... It is possible and very lucrative as long as all steps and details are followed|

I can forgive pronouncing Newark like the NJ city. But Lewis as “Loos” is just awful. And if you Google the city and state and “pronunciation”, which takes all of 10 seconds, you can say it right. Lazy RU-vidrs bug me.

Could've saved money and our ears just using a text to speech reader for this video. Also nice stock footage of places clearly not in Delaware like the Appalachian Mountains, Vegas Strip, Space Needle, and Baltimore Waterfront. A little effort goes a long way.

You may want to do some research before putting out a video - pronounce the names of town’s correctly, and don’t use video of other towns (Domino Sugar is in Baltimore which is in Maryland)

Most of the places you list have homes and rent well above national average. Rehobeth is a yuppy beach town. Lewes (pronounced Lews not Louis) is getting their too. Newark is an expensive university town that has crime problems. How do I know? I LIVE IN DELAWARE. It's expensive to live here now. Average rent is between $1500 and $2000 per month and it keeps going up. Most home prices are between the 400k-800k range. Meaning you need to have a 6 figure income to afford them. Best place to live for whom exactly? Average working people can't afford to live here.

First of all learn how to pronounce the names properly, you can clearly tell that you've never been to Delaware, because if you have you would have heard the right way to say some of the places you talk about! The largest city is not 1,173 population, 4CS do some real research! Go to City-Data and get the right information about populations of cities. Wilmington has at least over 60,000 and that's an under estimation. it makes me wonder if you really know what you're talking about in this video. I'm done here!
