I was expecting Prince George's county Maryland to be on that list, being that it's one of the most affluent Black counties in the nation.

At 62 days shy of my 50th birthday. I want to know why we as so called black peoples feel the need to qualities ourselves with self adoring terminology ! History already qualified us. After all we are biologically less Creature than the rest of humanity , being that we are scientifically Principle. Other than the qualifying and overcompensating phrase white power , we too tend to qualify ourselves as if we naturally possess the same deficiencies as the white persuasion. We do not as our oppressed ancestors so eloquently proved. Had we wholly assimilated properly in the first place , we wouldn’t be in the 21st century talking about, black excellence or black girls rock. My blackness is my excellence and so is yours. But we are removed from the overcoming virtues of the ancestors. I’m sure every first black this and first black that are turning over in their graves, as they long demonstrated black excellence at a time when the man was holding us down on paper and by law. Inspite of my own shortcomings the ancestors still tell me that we should be without Excuse.

Hardin county KY? The home of Ft Knox. I used to be stationed there. Blacks do own own businesses there. Never would have guessed that.

Just want to point out a county on this list. Clayton County, GA is crime infested. I was a cop there for 9 1/2 years and would not, even to this day move to Clay CO. If you want your child to receive a quality education do not move to this county. Gang infested and poor educational system. If you are in it for the money, good luck!!!

I'm shocked PG County isn't on this list. Just be the volume of blacks living here and the prices of homes in a lot of the wealthier parts of town.

This is a very deceptive title/list because it's highlighting 'Suburbs' in which wealthy educated Blacks live in and are the minority in the county. The exception to the rule list. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Whew;to say the very least this episode should come with a plethora of caveats and explanations. The only thing that is appropriate and applicable is that; whatever, whenever and wherever BLACK PEOPLE go, if they enjoy a " standard of living" similar to Whites " class and economic-wise and economic-wide" it is because they have to be " twice as good,work three times as hard to get half as much as Whites" - and even then the disparity is SO SMALL as to be negligible. 😦🤨

#4: Fairfield County, OH: I'm a Realtor(r) in C-Bus, OH and Yeah Black Folk moving to Fairfield for newer/bigger homes and school district reviews. Kind of Funny the non-melanated folk are "White Flighting" again but now it's from this once rural part of OH 30-40 yrs ago to now burgeoning Suburbs. It encompasses PARTS of Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, and Canal Winchester which are popular for Blacks.

I can’t believe you did not include Montgomery county MD???? Blacks make more than $125k per year due to high paying Government and private sector jobs. I not trying to be funny, but our deeper Southern brothers and sisters need to step up their game and get their kids in higher education and skill sets that are in demand and pay 💰 higher incomes.

They should be studied so other places can learn best practices.

As a so called white guy, I have no problem with your channel and it certainly is not racist. I think the problem is that some people may feel that if it was reversed saying white people that would be racist. And I might e one of them who agrees. But if they were to say something like the best place for Polish people to live in the United States, that is different. Black people are a people, especially those born in the United States. White people can cover really a lot of people, the idea of white people really came out when settlers traveling to hostile native american had to find a common bond, between people of Irish, Gemran, and English descent. that is the difference. Also what I find interesting is that when many channels like this bring up about cities in the south, that may be supposably better for blacks, I don't get why the Republican party does not try to drum that up.

I know for a fact none of these counties are in the North. Even in the wealthiest black counties in the North, White families have twice the income of Black families. Edit: Pennsylvania was a genuine shock.
