She thinks Fotus did something to his wife but still dates him ,goes on runs while he throws bloody evidence in weird places ,two ponchos we haven’t heard much about dna yet and doesn’t bug him to tell her what where why he is acting so strange? Her attorney is something else as well…he never stops repeating questions…does a lot of talking like she does. Bless the Nanny’s heart and sweet disposition.

Right now with all the inconclusive blood evidence it’s still showing that she’s not guilty. Someone a long the way runs into this evidence in the trash bins, homeowners could have touch it, recycling drivers, should they be charged too? A lot of people have created fake alibis and never were charged. As long as her dna is not on the evidence she will be found not guilty. The problem is the cops wrote something completely different in their warrant, they basically lied. I think she knew about the murder but I don’t know if the court will find her guilty

If your dating someone and their wife goes missing and he is driving from one bin to another dumping bits of rubbish, that’s enough for a normal person to see red flags! Who goes from bin to bin?? It’s all circumstantial yet very compelling when he was acting so strangely and she didn’t do anything to help investigators.

This lady is talking bad about the deceased which is disgusting. She lived in the deceased11000 square foot home with her ex-husband. She lied several times to the police to provide an alibi for the murderer. She was part of it, and I hope she goes to jail for life for helping Fotus kill his wife leaving 5 orphaned children.

Her story constantly conflicts with other versions of her stories. Memorizing a timeline Fotis and she created for her to cover up the dates and times of his whereabouts is extremely suspicious and anyone with half a brain asks themselves “if this estranged wife is missing or he committed her mur*er makes me a possible target too and I’m done with you and going to the cops. I’m not covering for your mortal sin, dude. If you did that to her, what’s to stop you from doing that to me? I’m outta here and telling the cops.”

Why was there found “2” ponchos??? Fotis couldn’t have needed to wear 2 at a same time while presumably committing murder. Who fingerprints or DNA were on the ponchos? Anybody’s??? Could there be DNA on the poncho’s if someone were to sweat somewhere like the neckline while wearing?

The license plates recovered were not from Jennifer’s SUV, but rather an older model that Dolis owned at one point. The prosecution has not yet presented the relevance of the altered license plate to this case.

I do not think the Prosecution proved Troconis’ guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Indeed, the overwhelming weight of the tangible evidence, particularly the DNA, exculpates Troconis. The jury came back with a guilty verdict because Troconis was Fotis Dulos’ mistress and Fotis was dead. The trial was the trial of Fotis, a dead man, but resulted in the conviction of his mistress. And, don’t get me started on the judge’s many patently biased (in favor of the prosecution) and remarks reinterpreting tangible evidence when dealing defense objections. There is so much reversible error that it will result in Troconis getting a new trial on appeal.

Was it Fotis that told MT to " Stick to IT " ...? MT says " I didn't do IT " .... Planning "IT" Covering "IT " up... and Lying about "IT" makes one equally responsible. IF the Mental health / Psych evaluation WAS in fact "favorable" to FD as he proclaimed to MT and their family and friends around April 28th ( Greek Easter 2019) " He even did the Greek Dance" .... AND FD was going to be getting at least regular custody of the children... WHY NOW ? What made him snap ? MT lost her temper throwing the phone at a wall etc when she found out FD and the children spent time at JFD's home the WED prior to the FRI that JFD went missing... She told FD she had had it and was going back to Colorado... Did FD snap and put his "revenge fantasy" plan into place when he realized he would not have unfettered access to the kids for the entire Memorial Day weekend of water skiing at the Avon Ski club or elsewhere.. ? idk....

She was charged way before Fotis killed himself lol so for the state to prove conspiracy to commit murder they kinda have to put on the evidence that you know....there indeed was a murder? Assuming you haven't seen the whole trial as even this video itself is listing very incriminating evidence against the mistress. If you are interested in getting familiar, the arrest warrant lists some relevant evidence not all obviously but enough to get an arrest warrant the court believed. They kept this case very close to the chest.

When she was disposed in the civil suit of Jennifer's mother vs Fotis for the millions he owed the farbers Michelle pleaded the fifth to every single question. If you want to find a body, you need to look in the places no one else would want to look. Also, Check the parks, dump sites, the yard of the home, etc. see if any plant life has been disturbed. The plates that belong to a vehicle that Potis owned at one point; cops should check records to see what happened to that vehicle. It’s possible he may have dumped her body in that vehicle and then dumped that vehicle itself. Adventure with Purpose have recovered many vehicles with bodies of missing people inside. They’ve brought closure to over 40 families so far and are taking the missing persons cases by storm.

Wait what? So how is this kid blame for what the cop ate or his smoking habits that caused his heart attack??? Maybe that officer shouldn’t have been working after his first heart attack. That officer profiled this guy because he was outside and since he didn’t understand that language the officer made the situation difficult. The officer should have called other officers, they should have walk to the hotel where this kid was staying with others, I’m sure someone there would speak English, even if its broken. The other officers will say anything to blame someone for the natural death of their friend.
