If you haven't been on a bareboat charter around the Whitsundays, then you really need to get planning! It's deadset one of the best experiences you can do on your travels around the country.
This is our second trip up here and this time we took some mates along for the ride!
We did have to tackle some average weather so we missed a few of the iconic locations in the Whitsundays but we had a blast all the same!!
Heaps of info in this episode to help you plan your own trip as well.

This was such a great episode. All of yours are, but this one was something special. We also love it when we can hang out with some good friends while in the road. I was always keen on a sailing trip but just a bit worried as I’ve never done it before but I reckon I might give it a go now. Thanks heaps for explaining the process so well. Love ya work.

Great vids mate! Loving it and actually every single of them. I started to look into four wheel drive because your video mate. And now this vlog is just unbelievably amazing mate. This is definitely something you would really enjoy the days up in Queensland. Just a quick one mate, how much did you guys spend on this trip overall mate? Living the "Blue Nomad" lifestyle is a way of life and once you have sampled the freedom to explore and plan your own trips it's a very addictive way of life. I love the boating fraternity and living on your own boat, perhaps I can foresee a name change to your channel "trips in a catamaran- Ocean adventures Australian series."

Hi there again from the UK. We did this watery journey 4 years ago on another visit it was excellent, no yellow weather coats it was so calm. Cheryl reckon you set poor Becs up by reversing the boat at the last second for her to hit the water :) !! I thought the yacht as she jumped!! Great viewing! Hey guys another great episode looks like you had more fun on this trip than last time with another family good for the kids as they had friends to muck around & you & Bec had friends to have fun with.Bec i must say even though it could of been worse than what it was i had to watch it 3 times was so funny. Hey guys, we came across the channel a few weeks ago and are loving your videos. We have been thinking about shipping our Mercedes Sprinter to Australia and travelling the country, with a few to buying an off road van and truck in the future. We both have permanent residency and are wondering whether you think there is still an opportunity to earn money like you guys or has the ship sailed in terms of too many people on the road doing the same thing? Great Video guys.. looked like a tonne of fun. If its any consolation to Bec... I did a hire with 3 mates out of Hervey Bay. We moored at Watumba Creek... I fell in one afternoon trying to lift the boarding ladder.... I climbed out.... the deck was like soap... in I went again.... My mates loved it!! No mention of noahs? Keep up the great work!

@@TripInAVan this was it, a bit off topic having just watched your Whitsunday boat trip, but anyway: Hi Guys, we would like to prod you for some info on the van washing machine: - top or front loader? - brand and size? - would you change it? - how well does it cope with your family’s washing needs? There’s only two of us (and the dog). - do you need to do regular washing “catch-ups” in caravan parks or laundromats? - are they big on water consumption? - will a 2000w inverter run it? Bec, also a question on your eBook. How often are you editing, updating or adding to it, and if so, are we able to receive those updates as part of the initial purchase? Thanks Greg & Chris P.S. Greg Payet we have a Daewoo mini front loader 2kg. It works well for out family and it uses really low current, a 2000watt inverter will definitely run it, Bec won’t be updating the ebook no. Cheers guys
