that's what happens when you don't sleep, it makes your face look hideous, I seen a cartoon show one time on fairly odd parents were timmy wish to never sleep ever again and it made his face ugly due to not sleeping, but I don't think it makes you ugly though, it only makes you have wrinkles and dark bags under eyes though... you would be dead from a lack of sleep before you become hideous looking...
