Hey Glock. I watched the entire Nightmare series a second time and counted how many cans you collected. I counted cans found and cans from food you ate but not cans of food you did not eat. The total was 374 cans!

something i just learned in my recent playthroughs is that it's actually worthwhile early game to use a wrench on a few couches, as it gives all the regular rewards plus springs and sometimes nails.

Hey Glock, I mentioned this on the last series a couple of times, unsure if you didn't see it or thought it was a terrible idea... but I still think it's a good one :P You could keep the intro music rolling in the background as you introduce each episode for a more cinematic/seamless feel to your vids, then it can be used to lead into the next scene. (I edit vids for a living, not just plucking ideas out of thin air!)

dude, with the loot luck you're having so far. you've gotta dive deep into Lucky Looter. double down on that. especially early game. and maybe try a tightrope base, set some plates or beams out and make a trail in the air that you can use easy as pie. but that the zombies will just fall off of and go back to the stairs for, and you just hang out and beat the brains in on them as they make their way up. and consider turning the main courtyard into a walled garden. you got the mushrooms and blueberry seeds. might be the 7days gods telling you to practice for the Farmer Glock series.

So the big disadvantage to this base (there really aren't many) is actually the big cell block building. The reason is , although it is made of concrete, it's only one block thick. Much of the building is like that, but the problem is unlike the rest of the prison, you don't have easy visibility or standing room to fight the horde on that back wall. The zombies will easily get through the back of the cell block area. If you can shore up that weakness, and maybe put plates down on the ground to prevent spawns on the inside during a horde, it really is a very defensible position.

Now here's a series I can get behind. I lived and fought from the same POI in an all-snow map for more than 50 days. It's too big for a claim block to cover it all by default, so you may have respawns in a tower every so often, but otherwise, it's pretty beefy. We ended up digging a moat around it, filling that with spikes, and using drawbridges, but then it was a team effort. Not sure I could have done all of that, myself. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing how this one turns out. Good luck!

Even now still restarting the series while waiting for new episodes and more Farmer Glock. Loving both of these series so much and I hope you keep having a blast making them both along with the Ark stuff too if you still have fun with it. Ark is def harder to do videos on I'm sure, since there can be a lot of waiting time for things to happen and it's got longer day and night cycles.

Getting the bike as early as possible is a good point to make. I've disregarded the bike a lot, but when I got it it was such a game changer on being able to move around and collected what I needed.

Have you ever thought about doing a power level run where you grind xp from farming, mining and running forges to draw in screamers? It probably wouldn't be the best content, but is a great way to bring in the xp after an initial starting period to get all the food items, recipes and an auger

There are two types of running shoes. One of them does have a 20% decrease drain of stamina. I always get them and wear them along with the letter jacket (for the 10% speed boost) all the way through all of my play throughs.

I had a thought the other day for a future series that might be a lot of fun, what if you started the game on top of one of the skyscrapers in the big cities? You start as a "crashed pilot" and start with a gun, level 1 military armor, some ammo, and horde every night, and you have to survive and slowly make your way down out of there?

make a pit out of the courtyard with walkways to make the zombies go where you want them. Maybe put some mines in the pit? Also a good place to start a mine.

I always play horde every 3 nights and bigger horde just to accelerate the gameplay. I also crank up the exp and loot. After couple playtroughs, I just don't want to grind so much. On normal it takes forever to get nice fortress and high level. Also, land claim block allows you to pick up stuff you have placed which is really useful for base building.

Do remember that reading weapon recipes that unlocks while levelling up is the same as throwing out coins.. You'll never want to make a level 1 gun anyways :P

My run speed setting: - Day: Jog (because walk is too slow). - Night: Run (because sprint is too fast). - Feral: Sprint (normal). - Horde night: Nightmare (for not to be able to runaway). I think it's the best setting for me. Not easy but not hard.

For added difficulty you could do a series where you can only use the weapons from one branch. You can put points into the other branches. You want to use turrets? Only other weapon is the shock baton. You get the idea, but it’s a challenge for sure.

I know you dont normally start a farm but id really recommend planting potatos meat and potatos are great food if you can find enough meat. I think you only need MC lvl 2. Excited to see how this playing out been missing nightmare

Just recently got back into playing 7 Days to die with my buddies. But we are on console edition and it has not gotten an update in probably two years. I'm looking at this video and it looks like a completely different game.

Yeah. I highly suggest the pc version. We bought a bundle for 2 licenses on steam. Its the only game we own on both console and pc. Plus pc has mods. Take a look at Darkness Falls on RU-vid to get an idea on pc progression

Mailboxes have guaranteed skill books I have over half mostly from searching every mailbox. Also accumulated 20k dukes for purchasing a vehicle in 2 days or so by selling duplicate books on sugar butts

The confusion with the land claim block must be from console players as it definitely does not prevent respawns in SP. the pc version/updates must have changed that.

Am I the only one who gets creeped out by that burnt zone ambient sound that and the wasteland creeps me out. Now GRANTED I will take the burnt zone over the wasteland any day 😂
