I think the main problem with this blaster is that it runs out a capacity really fast. It would be awesome if you designed a modification for existing rival mags or make some sort of hopper system for Jupiter. I feel this concept is BOMB but the main problem is the capacity. I was thinking you could cut off the back of one mag and the front of another and glue the back and front together stacking up both of the springs. I guess the mag could double as a stock? Like if you agree.
Maybe they make something like the Hiracane. (Pardon my spelling). Basically, just a winding pipe that can hold a ton of rounds, with a fan at the top, as a replacement for a spring for feeding the balls into the blaster.
in the DIY nerf community (especially for the guys who are more hardcore with the hobby) $100 bucks isn't that bad for this type of blaster. There are some that go for $200+ the main thing you are paying for here is the 3d printed components because those take a significant amount of time and without that higher price point there would be literally no way to keep up with demand.
this is excellent. the work and effort shows in the design. its a nerf gun, built by nerfers, for nerfers, and i find that beautiful. the effort, the ergonomics, the simplicity and the thoughtfulness are all there and i can't help but wish i could get one.
I appreciate makers like you so much! My dream is to create toys and while I plan to work more in the indoor toys side of things(action figures, etc), I still love tinkering and learning from blasters by learning from others in the nerf community. I hope to, like you, get to a point where I can create things that will bring people joy on a large scale.

I'm surprised Hasbro hasn't come up with this idea yet. It looks a lot like a Reflex but Reflex's don't use a flywheel. Very cool, uzi style blaster! 👌
Are people still complaining about the price for something made with both heart and good engineering? Prices usually comes with reasons, and that the price "seems too high" is not a reason nor an argument. Why does it seem too high? Have you tried 3D printing something with any sort of precision? It takes time. Don't waste yours. Support the creator if you value the effort behind the item - and if you don't then go support what ever you find superior.

Be careful ordering full auto or burst fire toy guns to Germany. If they put out a muzzle power of 0.5 joule or more, you might be accused for importing a gun banned by german law as a weapon of war. That is btw also the reason why there are no strong full auto/burst air softs or co2 bb guns sold in Germany except for the weak toy versions. Other problem: above 0.5 joules means you got to be 18 or older and the gun needs to be officially tested if its power is below the fac limit of 7.5 joules. That is why all tested as free to own air guns in Germany get the letter F in a pentagon stamped on the barrel or system housing. Any gun without the official stamp is considered an FAC weapon by authorities, even if it just shoots nerf darts and is cleary designed as a toy.

For number 7, you could make an N-strike barrel attachment point on there just to see people go crazy. (I know that most of the barrels wouldn't fit rival balls, but some, like the scravenger barrel would.

You should sell a kit where it has the stl or obj or whatever so someone with a printer can make it themselves. You would still need to buy the internal mechanisms but it would be cheaper and more customizable.
files can be copied and pasted. after one single person gets a hold of the original STL files, there is no longer a need to buy it. you can just get someone to send you the file.

Look, I'm not saying he doesn't have a right to make money, I'm not saying that he shouldn't advertise this stuff, it would just be nice to see more content not specifically centered around selling stuff.
An improvement I'd make the hop up barrel a 1/4 inch longer and have ridges along the outside, both of these I think would make it faster to make those on-the-spot corner shots.
I think you can make lots of money if you worked at nerf like they need you some nerf guns are completly horrible but your mods make those nerf guns astonishingly better. So I just wanna say thank you for these mods.
