Theta is programming mode for your brain you become wide open-so whatever ad played at the time definitely registered in your psyche whether you remember it or not. Actually if you remember the ad you can depogram it, if you do not consciously remember it, well lol you will make an unecessary purchase or sign up to some random thing online (whatever the ad was for) for no good reason whatsoever believing it is an original idea of your own.

Taking psychology classes,(also hrs of online research) in REM (rapid eye movement) or lucid dream state, the brain runs on 4-7 or 5-7 hrz. I've listened to this two times so far, and both times was able to get to REM sleep with ease. Pluss I got an QE (equalizer) for RU-vid and was able to turn up the bass... absolute bliss.

Patrick Otems depends on how long you’ve meditated training your chakras to reach that state I think. If you’ve done it for awhile then it should be easy to get there, I’m still in the process.

Please note: biology presides over psychology due to more evidence. 7Hz. It is dangerous.. 7hz is close to the resonant frequency of the human heart and other organs(which vibrate at a slightly higher,but nevertheless, essential frequency). This frequency may disturb the organs and cause them to vibrate at only 7 hz which may stop heart beat and brain activity. Though this feels relaxing( like a deep breath) it is actually very dangerous.

I like to play with it, I separate the tones into wobbles and then slowly return them into a single tone. Back and forth. Also try humming at varying pitch, you can literally resonate with it and it feels very strange.

It's a good thing. Like a cleansing. Meditation is great for this. Cleansing out the negative to bring forth the positive. Wash off the bad then affirm the positive. This is literally the only way affirmations work since it's delving into our subconscious, what has already been encoded. You must wash it away first

If I’m correct this is not 7Hz so it will not cause harm. 7Hz is below the spectrum that humans can hear so if this was actually 7Hz, you would not hear anything, not to mention that phones can not generate a 7Hz frequency.

You don't understand how binaural beats work mate... 7hz is the difference between the 2 tones, one different tone on each earphone, for example it can be a 200hz wave in the left one, and 207hz in the right one, and that would make a 7hz binaural beat, your brain creates an "imaginary" third tone and tune its own frequency to it, 7hz, which is a frequency your brain has around the time between being awake and falling asleep (theta frequency spectrum), of course we don't hear it, that would be wild. 7hz is not the frequency you are hearing, is the frequency your brain is tunning to while listening to this.

Let your body get used to it. I will say after listening to it, it's very centering. It feels like an alpha brainwave yet it's theta but very centering and calming when your brain can regulate it. This shit fucked my left ear up. You know that feeling when you get out from under water and ya eyes is clogged with water? That's kinda how my shit feeling right now. But everything else is good, i actually feel high from listening to it, and my body feels like it's vibrating lol, wasn't expecting nothing like that.

You need earbuds, the slight hz difference between left and right makes your brain think it's a 7hz frequency.. You are deceiving the brain
