I am a senior high school English teacher from China. As far as I can see, many students do their best to memorize a ton of grammatical rules on verb tense like mathematical formulas. However, most of them can't use verb tense correctly, which is caused by misunderstanding that verb tense must be in line with context or scenario. I am looking forward to your lesson on verb tense. I have got 6.5 overall score With 7.5 reading 6.5 writing 6.5 listening 6 speaking I was totally self studing, and your videos were one of my main sources. I started studying only 2 months and half before the test for only 1-2 hour daily. I'm satisfied with my score even it isn't my target score and I'll need one more trial . Thanks dear :)

Hi, I took the Ielts Academic 3 days ago and I would like to share my tasks and questions! In writing task 1 I had to describe a tabel something about global warming and in task 2 the prompt was "In future it is expected that there will be higher proportion of older people in some countries. Is this positive or negative development?" In Speaking the questions I remember were: Do you work or study? Do you think you have changed a lot in the past years? Did you change in a good or bad way? What kind of jobs do people in your country have? In part 2 I had to talk about an ambition that I had for a long time (what it is, when did it started, why is it important, when will you achieve it) In part 3: do people often have ambitions? Are work related ambitions important for people? Why do people want to have a good job? Do you think parents should interfere in children's decisions? What kind of decisions do people in my country have to make? Listening was kinda easy but of course I had to spell a street name and a telephone number (they said "triple 3" kinda fast so I almost missed it) and the Reading part was so so, I had matching information, true false NG AND yes no NG questions. Feel free to ask me any questions!

Answers for certain tasks come in order, don't they? So does the order start from every task or does it continue from the point where the previous task's answer stopped?
