Can you tell from the clip which song he was going to sing?

I think I'll apply these tops to korean. I'm not advanced in spanish but I'm quiet far gone to see the effects of these tips. I'm still going to apply them though. For example I'm trying to prioritise listening after watching a video by Matt vs Japan with this dude who got really good at his Japanese pronunciation because he was only listening, so he was illiterate in Japanese for a while.

"Get comfortable being uncomfortable" is great advice! I'm uncomfortable right now. I'm in the spot of trying to find enjoyable comprehensible input. Either it's comprehensible and not very enjoyable or enjoyable but I'm not comprehending as much. But this point reminds me that being uncomfortable is not going kill me and it's ok and just keep pushing through.

I don’t know if you’ve already seen it but in my video about what I learnt from 1000 hours of immersion I talked about how I value interest over comprehension because ultimately I can repeat stuff and go back through if I don’t understand something but I can’t make something more interesting to me

"Don't learn the language; live it." Nothing cheesy about that at all, mate.

I always recommend using flash cards at the very beginning to develop the basic phrases and most common words/verbs!

I agree I think flashcards can be really useful in the beginning!

Yes, it can be difficult for Native English speakers since we use fewer articles than other languages. Memorizing every verb can be next to impossible like you said. I enjoy listening and reading to build vocab, I think the mind somehow fills in the blanks particularly when reading. I spoke with a few Native speakers last year. At first, I was tongue tied, but when I relaxed the words started coming. Great advice.

Yeah it’s funny how your brain starts to piece it all together with time, good luck with the rest of your learning 😊🙌🏽

One other thing... Your RU-vid is a great resource and I very much appreciate it! And seeing you actually go thorough the process yourself and sharing what you've learned is very encouraging!

How many days a week would you recommend taking to Learn Spanish. I watch all your videos. You have done some great things in helping out the language community. Thanks for all you help.

Thank you! Consistency is very important so I think honestly you should try and do a little bit each day or as often as possible, even if it’s just 15 mins per day

Sorry I misunderstood your question, I currently speak 3x per week but obviously it might be more or less for you depending on a number of factors, in general I’d say speaking makes up for around 20% of my weekly exposure to the language
