Not eating chicken or meat helps after around 4 to maybe 6 months I got feeling back in many toes and some like a rock from neuropathy. I eat salmon, sardines and clams in chick pea linguini only and it worked as a recommendation from my doctor. She did not say to eat fish either I did that on my own do to the omega’s being good for neuropathy.
These videos are good but kinda vague. If you really want to make changes in your life, you need step-by-step instructions and a system. For me, The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray did it best.
The only thing on this list that I can even tolerate is turmeric I'm allergic to all the other stuff. So what would you suggest I do? I have found that vitamin B1 and B2 help tremendously.
@grmalinda6251 Yes....I'm taking R-Alpha Lipoic Acid,B 1,B 12,Magnesium Glycinate, Dr Berg's D3K2...my peripheral neuropathy pain has been greatly reduced.I'll also try this herbal remedies.Thank you😍🇺🇸
I already drink chamomile tea regularly. Where I live, they sell dried chamomile flowers. It's indeed good for sleeping also great for common cold relief. Where I come from, we use ginger as a sore throat remedy. I didn't know i'ts good for nerve repair. I think I will also try turmeric which I only ever use for cooking. Thanks for this vid.
You forgot Lemon Balm! I’ve been giving a combination of lemon balm & SJW to my husband for severe neuropathy that was effecting his mobility for a couple weeks and within just a few days he began seeing results!
@@Kate-nc4yt I use them, as well, but please note that essentials oils are highly concentrated & should only be used 10 days in a row, then stop for a time. They could effect the liver. {Some companies that sell these give warnings, some don’t. Just a heads up.} My sources are books on this subject from the 1990’s to the present time from the (UK & US) . The UK books are not affiliated with any company.
I'd like to try turmeric and ashwaganda. Probably others too. I have chamomile, ginger and peppermint. I have bèn suffering from what they think is a torn rotator cuff for over 3 months, but I think its more. My nerves really bother me. It started in between my tricep and bicep on my left side. I don't know it my muscle got torn then I felt a burning sensation atart from there then it went to my shoulder to my neck then my elbow to my wrist and hands and spread to under my armpit. Now it's trying to start on my right side of my shoulder. I am going to take some of these r herbs and implement them in my daily consumption. Thank you for this video.
Use castor oil on the 'pain parts'. If you can apply, massage in, then do a warm wrap around to create heat, that would be best. However, can still apply to areas and deep massage in. All the best.
I’ve taken Terry Naturals concentrated Curcumin + Botswana for years whenever I have severe pain. Normally in 1/2 I have no pain. Mainly back aches but anywhere else it works. I highly recommend this particular brand because of its high concentration of turmeric ingredient. I never use NICADS.
I loved the detailed breakdown of each herb and how it can help with nerve damage. The explanations were clear, and I especially appreciated the focus on both the benefits and potential uses of each herb. Chamomile and turmeric are now on my radar for their nerve-supportive properties. Great job on providing such practical and accessible advice!
Hi Thank you very very much i too my turmeric every day i mix it with Sweet Almond oil every day morning .I want to thank you so so much because i have pain in my left leg non stop .I much appreciated your Ideas n knowledge❤❤❤❤❤
Our Great and Glorious CREATOR ALMIGHTY YAHWEH 💖 is so good to create these herbs for us💖🙏🙂 thank you so much for this wonderful informative video. GOD ALMIGHTY YAHWEH 💖 please bless you. ALMIGHTY YAHWEH 💖 told us that HE made the fruit of the vine and the herb of the field to be for food and medicine for us💖🙏 Psalm 104:14 King James Version 14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
I suffered from "sciatica" 3 times in my life, 1st in 2012, 2nd in 2017 & recent in 2024. The pinch nerve pains in my upper buttocks and right knee were unbearable. In my latest encounter I had to be stretched into an ambulance because walking was impossible. At the hospital I was administered 2 x Morphin injections to relieve the pains. I was prescribed Morphin and Steriod capsule for 5 and 7 days, respectively. Given the recurring history of sciatica, I will combine combined ginger & tumeric. Thank you very much for the video.
One of the very worse side effects from covid has been Bels Palsey, which is more common than some think! It twists up your face and eyesight on whichever side it has chosen! Dr’s say no meds will help, has to run its course! This affects eyesight, mobility etc! I have had it for 7 months, eases up but if I get upset for some reason it’s back! New glasses didn’t help, still have to have magnifying glass in every room and in my handbag! What do you suggest and dose Amit! Any help please!
My auntie had Belkes Palsey 2xs, on both sides of face, from being out in cold with no proper head and scarf covers. Her doctor was a former Navy doctor, he had her put hotpacks or towels of hot water on her head and neck a few times a day and eve. Had her eat the stronger B's & C vitamins. Keep head and neck warm in house with headcover & scarf and when you go out. Auntie totally recovered from it on bothe sides of her face. 😊
Hi good night I love the video, however you failed to share how we can incorporate them in our diet and dosage amount of the various herbs. Also for those who are on medications how all of these or some of these be incorporated into our diets/ regimens. Is there any contraindications we need to be concerned about ?
You can use them in teas or capsules you can start with two capsules or tea on the peppermint use with a carrier oil as not to irritate the skin and pray and stay hydrated and positive 🥀
Cannabis has major anti-inflammatory properties. I can inhale a puff, and within seconds my neck will release, my shoulder will begin unfreezing and my entire central nervous system starts communicating. It’s beyond obvious and incredibly consistent. Say what you will, but I don’t even feel the effects of thc anymore. I am so impressed with cannabis, it’s clear why the government wants to keep it highly illegal.
Government wants us to use prescription medication. 4 meds with side effects. Smoke a joint, pain immediately goes down. Side effects - munchies or sleepy. I could deal with that
Someone like me can't have turmeric or ginger because of my liver. Maybe you should include side effects with these herbal products. The first one i do have it, Chamomile and for me it works wonders. But it may not work with someone else. Just a FYI. 😉
