I had ovarian cysts an year ago due to PCOD. The size of the cyst was 8cm on the right ovary. I took Dr. Berg’s sea kelp supplement, one capsule a day for 3 months while also doing Keto and Intermittent fasting of 18 hours each day. My cyst totally disappeared in the third month. Thank yo so much Dr.Berg. I just can’t thank you enough. I dream of a day when I can meet you personally. I just hope my wish comes true.
I grew up eating sea weed, wild grain, herbs, fruits etc and hated it but when Dr Sebi came with the information I felt good and realized that my grandma was right about everything.
Yup. I had hard lumpy breasts in my 40s to where mammography didn't really allow a good view. Digital was upcoming around that time, but I knew mammography stress was not for me no matter how much the doctors pushed for it. Also, my mom had breast cancer in her 50s. So, I did a lot of research! I discovered iodine was very necessary for our breasts and started taking bladderwrack. I didn't want the strong Lugols form; I wanted to try the natural plant form which in my mind makes sense same as getting minerals from plants which we assimilate well. I also make chicken seaweed soup often. Soon after I started taking bladderwrack and DIM, my breasts became soft and healthy same as when I was in my 20s. Now in my late 50s, my breasts are still like in my 20s. It's like a secret that shouldn't be. It's difficult to choke down the fear the health community cloaks over us so they can pay for their expensive research and machines (and I do not blame the doctors since we are all products of THE higher ups), but the natural alternative is always worth trying. This is where wonderful and brave doctor advocates like Dr. Berg comes in. But we still have to use our own brains because we all think and behave differently, and what we think and believe - our belief system - matters very much on how we affect ourselves. I gotta say, like a miracle, I got this one right.
I eat Korean birthday soup made with kelp and beef for about 5 days before my period starts. It really helps moderate my PMS symptoms (fatigue, mood swings, craving sweets, bloating). It keeps me full, lean, energized, and banishes mood swings and cravings for sweets. Plus, it's very yummy and nourishing.
Thank you so much Dr Berg 👍 I was going to ask you to please make a video about how to help our daughters to enhance their nutrients before planning to get pregnant in order to have a healthy baby and a strong mother 🤗 sea kelp is an amazing advice👌🙋🏻♀️🌷🌿💕
Very fortunate that i live in the Philippines, seaweeds/ seakelps is so easy to find here you can get it fresh daily in the market just for 2 dollars per 1kg.
Dr Berg I love everything you do. Could you please, please make your Kelp capsules without and added ingredients? Just 100% pure kelp with nothing added to it, like flow agents etc.
So I started taking this at the beginning of the week (it’s now Thursday night) after watching one of your other videos about cold feet. I have always had cold feet and hands, I’m not sure if it can happen this quickly, but they haven’t been cold once. Usually my hands would be freezing for an hour after being in the freezer, but they’ve been fine. Thank you :)
I have always believed that one of the reasons why Japanese live so long is because they eat a lot of seaweed very frequently. However, seaweed is also considered quite “cold” in Chinese medicine. So, people we are cold-natured (I am one) can’t handle it everyday, and or they’ll need to eat something warming to balance it out.
I've had hypothyroidism since 2005 and I'm always so tired even with my thyroid medication! So I just bought a bottle of your sea kelp supplements Dr. Berg! Praying it helps! 🙏 Thank you Dr. Berg!🌹
Every summer when I get inspired to trim my waist and tighten up I instinctively buy a bag of dried kelp. Not those processed kelp chips but raw dried kelp. I always get good results with fat loss. It’s not a miracle but it’s not far off from a miracle. It’s not gonna work in 2 days but I always start seeing results after a week. I don’t even diet or do cardio. I just simply eat some kelp every day and bam after a few weeks my stomach is lean
Hi Ryan, May I ask which brand of raw kelp do you use and how much per day you take from it ? Also, when do you take the kelp during the day and in relation to meals (i.e. on empty stomach or sprinkled on food, morning, noon or evening?) ? Thank you
I take this without my hypothyroid medication and feel great! I get really sleepy at 8ish and wake up at 6am somewhat refreshed… something i struggled months and some years before.. i do eat 2x a day also but this sea kelp def improved my health overall even bloatness
I've just started a kelp supplement, it said 3 a day, I only did that 3 days as I felt more fatigued, headaches etc. So I take one now per day 160 micrograms a day, seems ok now. Hot flushes stopped, my brain is a bit more awake it seems. I have diagnosed low cortisol levels, CFS Fibromyalgia ME, I'm 70 years old, and I've heard the iodine in kelp may help raise my low BP and cortisol levels, so I'm giving it a go for 3 months. I've also heard too much iodine is dangerous and you shouldn't have much over 150 micrograms per day, so I'm being a bit careful!. 🙂🇬🇧
Thank you for bringing this awareness to me. I have been in needed of iodine, but all these other benefits is amazing. Thank you Dr Berg for all your excellent work that you do, you are truely a excellent educator, I hope more people will see your videos.
We do take kelp once in a while. Now it will be all the time and we'll toss the other supplements since it's all in the kelp and that's more natural. Thank you!
I kept having laryngitis problems and the doctors could not figure out why. I went through a hell lot of trouble trying multiple different acid reflex prescription meds and losing 30lbs which didn't help. I decided to take some organic kelp vitamins which has help with my thyroid from swollen so much and I can now speak normally again after months of not being able to!
I have been taking 1 teaspoon Sea kelp powder every morning for 2 months and I have noticed increasment of energy and also I dropped weight significantly.. but now I am facing with a high blood pressure issue and don't know from where it is coming.. I am afraid it created me the hyperthyroidism.. what are your thoughts and experiences?

I bought Iodine seaweed capsules and took 2 capsules (1 capsule is 100 mcg) as it was suggested in a label (without talking to a doctor first). 4 hours after taking it, my stomach started to hurt badly and I was in severe pain for 7 hours. People, please Be Very Careful with Iodine!
Here bc I ate a ton of sheets of nori and started takin iodine drops coincidentally about two weeks before my period and leading up to it. I have virtually no pain while my last one had me bed ridden and throwing up nonstop for hours. Apparently I was iodine deficient last time.
The entire endocrine system needs Iodine to function properly. Prostate, Uterus, Ovaries, Testicles, breast tissue (men too), Parathyroids, Brain, Liver, Skin, Eyes, Sweat Glands, lymphnodes, Salivary glands, the Stomach, Hair follicles, Hippothalamus, Pineal, etc... people are unaware of the consequences of an Iodine deficiency and the few that are and take Iodine as an isolated element are missing all the co-factors needed for proper absorption and metabolism.
I've bought a sea kelp supplement and felt no difference. I've recently had some huge success with some hair, skin and nail gummies unlike any others I've taken before . So this time I've purchased your sea kelp supplement online and I'm expecting great things. 😊
You had me at 10x the calcium than milk. I can't drink milk because it's so high in potassium. If my calcium is on the lower end of normal my pth goes up. I've not been able to find the right calcium supplement to bring my calcium up where I want it. Since I get monthly blood work done I'll be able to see my changes after just 1 bottle. I'm excited. I've just received my first bottle today.
@@beenishmashhadi593 Had no negative side effects. But didn't feel a difference or saw any in my blood work. Everyone is different. Don't let me keep you from trying it. I live with stage 5 kidney failure. So not all thing's work for me.
I've taken some sea kelp supplements in the afternoons and I still can't sleep it's very powerful very strong in a good way but definitely take it after breakfast
Great video and I am taking kelp every other day and I’m feeling great from it! Also can you please put together a video regarding the dangers of oxalates and oxalic acid in the foods we consume? Huge topic and I think would help a lot of people...Thanks Doctor!! 👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️

Plus muscle aches and pains I can’t get rid of for the life off me. Cravings are nuts too. For like 7 years I have felt like I could eat chocolate daily. Benadryl has been my friend allergies are driving me nuts.
In another video you said if someone has SI Joint pain, sea kelp may be beneficial. You didn't mention that here.. are any of these benefits associated with the SI joint other than inflammation?
Thank you so much Dr.Berg. Love all your videos and product. I just purchased a 3 pack sea kelp. I wonder how many capsules should I take in the morning. I do take multi vitamins from New Chapters which also has a little iodine in it. Would they conflict each other or too much together? My TSH 3.7, and I noticed eating iodine rich food has been making a great impact on my energy level. That’s how I found your Sea Kelp. Any feedback would be appreciated 🙏
dr berg I really want to know does fap do damage on our body.many people said nofap is good. but I really doubt it. I know it's quite an embarrassing question to answer tho.
KilluaGonxx the most damage will be to your brain , you will know if your over fapping because you will start voting for the Democrats and start finding Killary and Botox Pelosi attractive !!!!!!
May I suggest that Dr. Berg start a cooking channel using the foods in this channel? He has that star look. Maybe it will go wildly viral, and USA becomes the nation of supermodels. Can you imagine?
@@chayahisrael1072 hi! If I'm not mistaken, that person commented saying that sea weed was a general term, you know like an umbrella, and sea moss and kelp are the kind of sea weed. Like spinach and carrot are the kind of vegetable. Lol I hope it's not too confusing and does make sense, English isn't my first language. Oh and he didn't mention anything about nutritional profile btw
Cool, I put Aonori dried seaweed on my Ramen Shiritaki noodles, you can mix it with Chilli powder & Seasame seeds & make Shichimi. Yum. We take Kelp tabs to. Even our dog has seaweed chews, it's great for their teeth. Thanks for sharing this important information with us all, take care & Happy Sunday to you. ❤🙂🐶
Please, do some research before taking Kelp Iodine, I had an horrible experience after taking one tablet of iodine a day for only a few days. Hear other ideas like Dr.Pamela Popper on youtube before making a decision. My heart was beating so much i thought I was going to die. IT was the only thing new in my food routine.
@@decathlete2000 Hello, i think it was " Solgar", the name. I have the bottle somewhere, if i can i will confirm that, but it is Solgar, almost 100 per cent sure. Take care, i had a very bad experience if you want to try, please be careful and be attentive to any irregular heart beat.
I just took my first sea kelp capsule and my congestion is much better!! Not sure why, I'm trying to find out if it's related or a coincidence but I can't find info about the connection between cold/sickness and sea kelp. Maybe the zinc and vitamin c in it ??
Hi, May I ask which brand of kelp did you take to help with congestion and at what time of the day and when in relation to meals (i.e. with a meal or on empty stomach 1 hour before meal or 2 hours after a meal ? Thank you
Dear doctor, may please analysis some other type of sea vegetables: Arame, Wakame, Dulse, seaweed, sea lettuce, Kombu, Irish Moss or Nori, Irish Moss or Nori, :) thank you
@@20alphabet Hello 😊...and thank you also for responding. This really confuses me because I need this but am afraid of it harming me. But because it's so necessary I'm going to try it...under my doctor's care ofcourse. I know my body and if anything is not right I'll quit! But if my body needs some of this I'll be thankful for it. Enjoy your day everyone. 😎
@@zainabjebari2497 makes me super hype and clumsy! My doc told me I was adding fuel to fire. I stopped. The kelp and sea moss is great but it's just too much for ME personally...
Great addition, however, I must stress carefully investigating the kelps origin. Pacific grown kelps shown to be suspect. Toxic waters, etc, radiation isotopes, etc. It was even in California wines, remember? Wondering if growing our own organic kelp is possible... Thanks Dr. Berg, wonderful information as usual!
I have table salt now (on a budget) once a week for iodine. Other than that it's basically poison. Talking of salt folks- keep an eye on your intake especially fasting and keto- The need for sodium rises as the body has less water to hold the salt- Messed myself up a bit - lower than normal blood pressure and a whole raft of abdominal issues as (due to illness of a family member and other stuff) I took my eye of the ball and did not take salt (seasalt or hymilayian )for a while and we'll let's just say not good when low carb.
Maybe it depends on the person's health? Also if you look online - so many forms of sea kelp sold - from tablets to the "original whole food". So i guess the nutrients and dosage will depend on the brand and type of product you get? I would suggest doing some research - sea kelp is eaten in "original form" in some countries around the world. I can think of norway , iceland, japan, taiwan, china - japan is famous for longetivity and healthy diet. So maybe do some research and start with "small doses". Also in rare cases - i think some people have allergy to sea kelp - but its rare.
The 3 mg iodine in your Sea Kelp is more than twice as much as the highest end safe dosage I could find anywhere. I would be concerned about the dangers of over-exposure and resulting iodine poisoning, which could be very dangerous to the thyroid
I took heaped spoons of sea kelp once in ignorance. I almost died with symptoms. It is very dangerous. Folks need to check their iodine levels before adding more iodine.
