Lol, this is until they ask you for Canadian experience and you get relegated to doing odd jobs till you get Canadian retraining which very often is inferior to what is being brought on as prior background. I think only programmers and software engineers get away with not having to show Canadian experience.

Doctors in some areas but it is a constant fight for them to get their diploma accepted by medical colleges. Fortunately, those who make it through fill vacancies in remote areas or there wouldn't be doctors at all in those places except for young doctors either having to take these positions or by those going off the grid to have a more personal practice.

probably a dumb question but out of the over 600 - 700 applicants, then the percentage of invited applicants are around 2% - 7%, is that a lot? idk to me that doesn't sound like a lot maybe i'm just calculating it wrong but that doesn't sound like much, maybe someone here can correct me on that
