I have learned so much in 2 days of balancing rocks Travis! I sometimes even close my eyes and feel the balance. I am more present in the moment, and it's an amazing meditation!
Doing your course & love the Bridge! I’ve done better than I thought & always breathe! Will have to try the bridge! That was fun to watch & I’m sure it will be fun to do! Thank you so very much! I’ve told a bunch of friends & they love the idea! Have shared also! 🙏🏼☀️🦋💙
The release part reminded me of seeing children on the beach making sand castles & remembering how it seemed it was always the boys who would demolish them! I always wondered what that was about... This was great to watch! Such a wonderful practice! ♥️ Love your studio!
@@TravisRuskus Wow! That must be wild! I will work on getting to such a place! {Due to the withdrawal...I lost my car. There’s a beautiful park about 1.5 miles away in my city. (Where I live is pretty crime ridden.) If I can go there...there are some little brooks...maybe I could try there! 😊 Thanks for the great idea! I love being there & I always manage to get my feet in the water...so wonderful to be in nature!} If I’m able to do it, I’ll tell you how it felt! Thanks for the idea! Most grateful! And thanks for something else to look forward to doing! 😊🙏🏼
Hey travis I've recently just started getting into rock balancing in the wild too and was just wondering if leaving the structure standing there is a bit irresponsible ? I'm finding hard to destroy them ?
Yes! Make sure not to disturb any animal or plant life when selecting stones, and always knock over your balances before leaving. It helps let go of attachment and enhances the temporary moment of balance 🙌 peace to you
