Yes, I agree.. These lessons I went through were extremely hard but I survive.. I had to do a lot of selfcare..I did a lot of walking and being alone for almost two years. My journey was not to give up on myself. You are the Captain of your own ship.
I am 53 years old, and I always thought I was unlucky in love. What was I missing? Self-love, that’s the key. I started saying no, putting myself first, and went from being an option to being called an angel in someone’s life. It can be achieved.
My friend is an extremely strong person. He worked 3 jobs at the same time to earn money and gain experience. When he has enough experience, he focuses on doing one thing that he is passionate about. After that, he became rich and was free to use his time to do meaningful things. He has helped friends, relatives and many people escape negativity and live happily every day.
What a pity I am not native English speaker, professional Finnish voiceover artist though. 😀 You can find lots of great pro voices here: www.voices.com

I like your comment. According to Stoicism, pain is a natural part of life and helps us become stronger. See pain as an opportunity to train your mind and develop your inner strength.

What a wonderful and inspiring stoic principles are sharing in this channel. Actually, when listening and reading along English content, my initial purpose was to practice this language (English), but as soon I discovered this channel I added another purpose but not less important: learn about stoicism since I´ve notice they can teach me that we tend to just exist, rather than truly living. So as a result of watch this video I want to discover my true potential by embracing new challenges. Now I have a stable job but some kind of monotonous one, so my next step is look for new opportunities. No more comfort zones! Thanks a lot for sharing such amazing content.
The concept of emotional detachment and finding strength in solitude really resonated with me. It's not about becoming indifferent, but about gaining control over our reactions and finding clarity in the chaos. This is such a valuable lesson for anyone facing tough times
I don’t think anything will help me. I watched this all the way thru, but I’m afraid it did not help me. I am a complete failure with not one single person to turn to or anyone to talk with. I can’t see a way out if this.
Tal to yourself and start by respecting yourself and not calling you a failure. Ifvyou have no one to talk tobis because you have nos try to do it even if it is with a chat or like you didvin herencia. Or go to any place and start talking to People.
You must be careful who you let into your life everyone doesn't belong when you know who you are and don't tolerate energy vampires who come and take and never show love compassion emotional stability financially able to be responsible respectful to you and themselves you gonna have issues start by loving and having self care don't pour into others unless you have a overflow of love and understanding of yourself know your worth and what you deserve in life love GOD first he will lead and guide you if you want him to you can't control others only can control yourself be careful who you let be apart of your life journey if they don't love respect themselves they won't love and respect anyone. Be blessed
