Go for it brother, I have the same mindset I am really stuck between becoming a coach at the age of 19, or a footballer first. But if not I don't become a footballer, I'll 100% consider managment. Hopefully we both make it. I believe in you man!!!

cheee chee I think u can do both at the same time like klöpp did, he was a footballer but part-time was a youth coach then turned to an actual coach for his club after retirement

@@joelfarley9305 sorry, what i want to see if long serving managers, past and present, in top tier football clubs. I can only think of Guy Roux, Arsene Wenger and Alex Ferguson. they are legends. and who else? if it is limited to CL and EL, we can see the top and big clubs change managers every now and then, and smaller clubs do not always qualify. So this is uninteresting.

Half of good managers were either shit footballers or didn’t play football at all. Ofc having a manager with a respected past can inspire the team but in the end it’s all about ur football managing knowledge. So to stereotype a legend/celebrated player becoming a manager and most likely to succeed is false.
