The stats at 14:30 are incorrect, Cole Palmer is the best English penalty taker at 100% 13/13 not Toney. Palmer has not missed a single penalty in his senior career.
Your owner is the problem, im a Fenerbahce fan and acun is very populistic. He is the reason we got Ozil (whos focus diverged from football to politics) and him and his media basically got the manager sacked who tried to revive fenerbahce into a modern footballing team. He sayed Vitor Pereira isnt a manager but hes the person who first brought Sota. He can get you money but he isnt stable. He is too turkish, he is too much of a media person.
For me the starting line up should have only one question and that's left back. For me team sheet should read Pickford Walker stones brainthwaite Trippier Rice Bellingham Foden Saka Kane Gordon That is a stable, exciting fuckin team!
8:54 that makes no sense at all. If the first manager you asked rejected you then all the other managers are „lower tier“ candidates („ because I don‘t think that they are lower tier). If the managers reject you because of that fact then it‘s rather an ego problem. If they put their ego above their possible future club, then they are for sure not the right candidate.
I do think campaigns like this are quite important when there is a seemingly large proportion of young football fans online who are homophobic, if say a 13 or 14 year old boy sees mbappe or another of their idols supporting LGBT people then it could push them to more tolerant beliefs, this is amplified by footballs large audience.
I think Bayerns struggle comes from the extreme culture to win. Bayern expect the manager to win the Bundesliga every year. This makes it difficult for project managers to be successful at Bayern as teams are forced to play for results instead of instilling a project which would set them up better in the future
You missed off Villarreal v Everton in the Champions League qualifier. Colina coming out of retirement to referee this game only to go back into retirement straight after,in the process disallowing a perfectly good Ferguson headed goal...Uefa pure and simple didn't want 5 English teams in the group stages which is what it would have been purely because Liverpool won the Champions league while finishing 5th amd Everton finishing 4th.
I know this is a rogue shout and never going to happen but hear me out palmer on the left foden on the right and saka goes back to where he started at left back
It amazes me how little brit’s watch Jude😂 dude is the most complete midfielder itw he’s probably Madrid’s second hardest worker defensively. He can play the 8 with foden and rice, bffr
Think outside the box! First, team formation. is it going to be a rigidly structured 4-2-3-1? Formations must be options, instead of a text-book type of tutorial material. A good manager adapts his game plans contingent upon who the opponent is. Different kinds of opponents needs different strategies, counter offensive as well as tactical defensive team formations must be used. So, in selecting a preliminary 26 men team, you need to think hard under different kinds of team formations, what do you REALLY need in your selection? 。Harry Maguire to be dropped due to injury, slow recovery and out of form. He won't be able to speed up to competition readiness. 。Phil McNulty at BBC Sports indicated today, that Ben Chilwell had been struggling with injuries lately. He wasn't convincing in his game against Brazil. The backline as Gareth Southgate so often prefers, is the use of a back three, not a back four. He opts to use a 3-4-3 formation most of the games in the past rather than a 4-2-3-1. In this context, the third player in a back three line up will be Kyle Walker, because of his versatility. If Harry Maguire is dropped, John Stones steps up as captain. But who plays in the left hand side instead of Harry Maguire? go to those players with a recent proven defense statistics.....select the likes of Eric Dier who has been superb at the Champions League against players like Kylian Mbappe. You need successful players demonstrating a positive mentality, grit, courage and form in big games like the Euro! England's got far too many midfielder options that goes a mile long. Without any dispute you got both Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice anchored. If the formation is the 4-2-3-1, you don't need a third choice? As said, you need more than one kind of team formation. When players got injured, you need replacements. So who will be in contention? Trent Alexander Arnold is certainly one. Don't go back to the likes of Jordan Henderson, he's England career is over. You can pick others like Chelsea's Conor Gallagher, Spurs's James Maddison. To let Gareth Southgate to have versatility in his selection for various game plans using different formations, the mid-four players need two wingbacks who will be excellent in both defense and attack. So to pair with Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice, you need the talent of Trent Alexander Arnold on the right, and Phil Foden on the left. Trent Alexander Arnold and Kieran Trippier are interchangeable, while the latter is slightly more reliable in defense. Both are excellent in delivering killer passes and crosses from the right flank. Phil Foden is the most versatile player, and should have been the structural 4-3-3 formation to adapt if Gareth Southgate so prefers. He partners well with Declan Rice, Jude Bellingham for his ability to find cracks and crevices in the opponent's defense, links up well with quick interchange passes and strikes with killer shots. It is in fact a waste of talent if you stick Phil Foden to a left wing position. Like Cole Palmer, another young star with remarkable football talent at Chelsea with so many goals and assists this season, you don't put Foden or Palmer in a winger position. These guys should be in contention of the attacking force partnering players like Bukayo Saka, Anthony Gordon, Ole Watkins. So, who should be on the left as a wingback? Many still believe to be Ben Chilwell, like it or not. God bless England if he is fit to play all the games. If not, you need the likes of Kieran Trippier or Joe Gomez to put in a shift as a left back that can launch an attack throughout the game. Joe Gomez should be the last choice, he is better to be a reserve left center back in the absence of Luke Shaw. Up front, the attacking force normally is the diamond formation of a striker far front, two on each frank and a drop off in the middle. Depending on the formation again, this diamond formation could be changed to just three, left, right and right. For a 4-2-3-1 formation, you have the four players and for a 4-3-3 formation, you are limiting to the three players left to right. So, if it is a 4-2-3-1 formation, Gareth Southgate goes to Chiwell-Stones-Walker-Trippier, with Gomez as a backup (Guehi from Crystal Palace the next in line). For a 3-4-3 formation, it will basically be Gomez, Stones, and Walker. In the 4-2-3-1 formation, only Rice and Bellingham or Rice and Gallagher/Maddison pairing in front of the back four. In the 3-4-3 formation, it will be Chilwell, Rice, Bellingham and Trippier or Alexander Arnold (too bad that Ben white or James Reece will be be in the final squad). The three players behind Kane in a 4-2-3-1 formation most likely to be Palmer or Saka on the right, Foden or Palmer in the middle, Gordon or Watkins on the left. Kane may have a back up in Toney or Watkins, depending who the opponent is. In a 3-4-3 formation, Palmer or Foden will likely to be part of the the four in the mid field, leaving only one winger in the right, either Alexander Arnold or Trippier. A look at the current abundance of talent, as Phil NcNulty of BBC Sports said, Southgate has a selection headache.
Can I just say I've watched and been subscribed to thogdens RU-vid channel for a few years and he is absolutely brilliant he isn't violent angry or a bad fan when England lose and he also gets into it with other nations and shows them for what awesome fans they have i.e Morocco at the world cup couple years back so claiming that he is a dictator or any of that garbage is total nonsense.
With all due respect, did you watch a single game Trent played in the pivot next too Rice? because if you did, you wouldn't start Mainoo or Wharton over him
Thoroughly enjoyed this. It would be amazing if you could give the other Euro favorites you mentioned (Spain France Germany) the same in-depth treatment. 😊
