We will be doing the exercises back to back for 35 seconds with a 15 second break in between sets.
Today’s Exercises:
~Toe taps
~Hip bridges
~Dead bugs
~Reverse crunch
~Reverse crunch to alternating single leg lower
~Full body suitcase crunch
~100s
~Hover plan knee taps
~Bear Plank 3 Sec Hold
