This video presents two vocal resonance exercises using the consonants n and m. The first exercise is sung on a descending thirds harmonic minor scale pattern. The second exercise switches between ma and na, sung on descending 5-note minor scale. The first exercise ranges from A3 to E5 while the second exercise ranges from C4-G5. Male voices should sing an octave lower.
Make sure to sing though both exercises entirely in order to see the benefits. Be patient as it takes time for the voice to warm up properly!
