Oh my you guys are having rentals. Wow that shocks me talk about bringing the riff raff in the rich area. I don’t know about that. We have couple rentals in my current neighborhood and our association is wanting to stop it. People are not taking care of their homes and their yards. We have one gorgeous home renting for 2500 and it looks like a site. They just got kicked out.

Crazy… lived around this area most of my life and the prices are ridiculous! Florida used to be the retirement state and since the New Yorkers and CA people have come here its chasing regular families, lower income and retirees that live on SS out of the state! So sad and most can’t stand our Governor! So what does that tell you about what Florida will be in years to come?
