There is no competition between CVT & AMT coz CVT is genuine automatic but AMT is not so its always better to go for CVT.... Besides Ashish Ji u r one of my favourite car reviewer coz u always cosider those aspect of car which is necessary for a middle class family....& One mire thing when will Slavia's drive review coming???
Your obsession with amaze is same as mine😅. And I realised this post buying the car. Paddle shifters are actually the game changer for the cvt. Cruise control can be ignored . It’s actually an amazing car
@@umangku99 I’m currently using vx cvt Getting an average of 12 in city as its a new car. Hopefully the average should increase to 14-15 post servicing

Thanks Vishal for your Query While I am answering you added 10k more to this family sedan Sedan due to their sleek design always have low ground clearance,but 170 mm is enough for cities untill a major pothole is there. Ground clearance better than city. If you want more you can upgrade tyres as per standard, which will surely resolve your worries. I have also upgraded to make my hilly areas right comfortable. Yes there is slight lack of power than manual but marginal. 1.2 L is enough for 05 people's still on hilly areas You will love this car in driving through Western ghats also.

Owner since 2018. Cons are : - Suspensions too soft, it offers Julla ride on Highway & worst on bad roads. Fit for good city road only. - No Rear AC vents - Fixed Rear Head restraints. - 2nd gear is good for nothing at speed breakers and climbing slopes of Mall's. Under powered.
@Nagaraja Sundaresh yes in extreme hot conditions rear ac is must because it takes time to cool the rear seats and front passengers feel chill but as I live in kashmir we do not need or use the rear ac vents much
I have VX variant petrol of this new facelift...... I am happy. But, only one complain with infotainment system. It's now without any type of internet connectivity option ( Not even through Android Auto Or apple car play), which is not feeling good.

@@gowherulislam5480 yes I heard about that safety issue now I have only option left in my budget is amaze smt which I also have one in my house but i m not that satisfied nd also want this tym some more features like screen camera nd so on basic features, I drive so safely that i feel this issue is not so big for me at present 🤞
Very concerned about its ground clearance ... It's very low.. our roads are bad frequently so Whenever car is before a breaker is coming ahead, always beats one heart faster to save bumper....

Had driven s cvt, the performance is decent if u put that in L or S mode for a high steep. Its good on highway and long drives.. ideal crusing is 95kmph where the rpm is 1600-1900 and the mielage is around 19km/l if u ve light foot
Man this guy loves the Amaze too much 😂. The Amaze petrol needs DOHC engine with more torque . But the Amaze Diesel is real VFM because People can't afford the City idtec as its too costly. Sure Amaze idtec feels noisy as sound insulation is not great but it's the only sub4 metre sedan in budget that gives you fun and economy as the Aspire is gone now.

@@danishmakkar9359 yes you are absolutely right... Onely fuel efficient ones are i10s.. Nios and old ones... But only if you drive generously.... I20 also give around 13-18..nios gives 15-20...
hi sir ... how about the power of the honda amaze in hills with 4 passengers and luggage ? will it revv good in uphills with good torque at lower gears ? is it safe to ride in hills like kodaikanal and OOTY with petrol ?

Hi ashish, i have a concern over honda exit from india. Considering now its only going to sell city and amaze, both sedan and this segment is already under decline.
