We stayed in building 11 in October 2023 and it was quiet enough for my liking. We had a room overlooking the kiddy pad but if you keep the balcony doors shut, the sound stays out pretty well. Our diamond club room was tucked away in one of the corners. you do hear people in the hallway, but the soundproofing is quite right. I brought my earplugs, but didn’t need to use them at all. Just for your information, if you want to walk from say the third floor of building 11 to the diamond club area where the lazy river for diamond club guests is, it will take you about eight minutes. I guess, but I’m not sure, that the busiest and noisiest part of the hotel is the middle, so that would be building five or six I think.
Yeah they are included. It is possible that one or two restaurants may only be available if you have the room upgrade of diamond/preferred club. I’ve stayed at a few all inclusive and in my opinion it’s worth getting the upgrade if you are able to. They have premium room locations and a lot of extras that makes the experience that much better :) I’ll be staying at this hotel later this year
