1.) they insult you 2.) they try to sabotage you 3.) they gossip behind your back 4.) they over compliment you or insult you in a compliment 5.) they don’t value your accomplishments, they make it seem like your accomplishments aren’t a big deal 6.) They hate everything you say, they make a face or their tone is different when you say some time advice or just say anything in general 7.) they end up copying you either with style, creativity, or actions to try and compete with you Sheesh. I have lots of people who envy me.

I think jealousy is a natural trait in humanity just like telling a lie. Personally, I don't think its possible to never exhibit jealousy. You simply resolve to stop it when you recognize it. Theres a difference in it being present vs not letting it control or dictate your actions.

Imagine coming from a broken family. Your relation ships all messed up. And then there is the one couple that actually exist that is healthy, respectful, honest, etc. I could be jealous, or sad which is natural. Lauren stormz . Snap , me too!! I'm 58 years old now and my 85 year old mother, even on her death bed , will still come out with hurting spiteful remarks ! She can cut me like a knife with her remarks ..ONLY now do I see it as jealousy. My older sister is her side kick and has her traits of jealousy too . They has always gossiped and sneered behind my back! No more though, I've blocked my sister off , and my mother is now incapable of verbal abuse due to a failing life. I'm ALMOST completely free of this toxicity .

I noticed people would ask me “ why are you so happy.... it’s Monday?” Or “ why are you so happy and smiling .... we are at work”. A lightbulb went off in my head and I noticed that people are jealous of my light. My soul. My strength. Jealous of this light that came from darkness. It’s crazy because they don’t know what I’ve been through in my life to have chosen positivity over negativity. If they only knew.... I thought about telling them to help them understand why I am such a positive person; growing flowers out of bullshit... but a faint voice that seemed to vibrate echos of wisdom and growth in my head sprouted up from my brain soil and confidently said..... “ no”. No. Don’t tell these people why or where you came from. They don’t deserve my story. Some people only deserve small talk.

Yes you are right! At times I have opened up and to share personal stories with people, and found it a waste! People are not really interested in being supportive, actually they are just curious because of my Light. I am a very happy, confident and accomplished person. Now I am more smart about what I share with others, because I have learned that people only meet themselves everywhere they go. They are truly only able to see in another person, that person's Divine Nature if they are in touch with their own. I Am a miracle, and I Am a miracle worker! Many, most people are not happy in just being there. Some have the gift to enjoy just being there and enjoy little things, not implying they are not aiming for great things in life. Sometimes I only talk about small simple things to protect my bigger dreams and plans. I once said to an older male colleague that I was enjoying my coffee so much, it tasted good that morning. I was content and comfortable starting my work. His response: "that's because you will never get to meet big luck" . I felt deeply hurt and insulted. Very humiliating. I think he was jealous at my younger age and freedom. I ignored him as much as possible but this was one of those moments I spontaneously said something and I was punished right away. Mean, sarcastic words can hunt us for years. Words do hurt. I won't let it bring me down eventually but let's say, it's a form of bullying behavior. Jealous people are bullies. To me they are pathetic. Being insecure or frustrated for a moment is human but taking it out on others is something else. No excuse for that and no mercy.

Going through this. But I am leveling up my life. Working hard towards my dreams and goals. Minding my own business and staying in my own lane. Today someone whom I thought was my friend has crossed a line. She has always downplayed my success and was happier when I was broken. I've been starting over since 2018 when my husband passed away. That was three years ago. I moved cross country myself and left behind a house full of furniture. I only took what was sentimental and couldn't be replaced. I had to buy a car and get on my won two feet. When I was so excited about my little car she said she thought it was ugly. I said I was proud and so grateful that I got the loan, no help or cosigner. And when I started dating she said I needed to be alone. That I didn't need anyone. So sadly I had to set a boundary. I am working on my writing and art. Speading time with my children and grandchildren. I am too old to have someone being so critical. I forgive her because she is unhappy in her own life. But I have to live my best life. I have an unusable illness and my time left is precious. Thank you for sharing this video. 💕

Hurt people “hurt” people. Often times, people don’t like themselves and are not happy with the fact that they are not as motivated or talented as you and start to resent you for it. Especially when you’ve been knocked down but get up and dust yourself off and keep it moving, they are in utter amazement that you can do that but they feel they can’t. I pray that they see the talents that they have been blessed with and that they would embrace them.

I have a cousin who when she was 12 yrs old she would take a Barbie house to my grandmother house and would not let me play she would just show it off and tell me i didn't know how to play with it. And she grew up to get more and more jealous of me having a nice body and she didn't she would tell me I would stretch her jeans I was big behind and atlethic legs from running track in school. I was a skinny big butt teenager and she always was upset I didn't ealize till. Got older. The first hater in ur life will b ur cousins and brothers and sisters.

I remember I had a family member who knew I LOVED Starbucks a long time ago. Not sure if it was jealously but she definitely was cheap. She had a Starbucks gift card and ask me did I want to buy it from her, I said No. Of course I love Starbucks but I am simply not going to buy a gift card from you. The next day she brings it to another relative house and gave it to that person as a bday gift who did not even like Starbucks. Reminds me of your story. Not sure if it was jealousy but sometimes family members are just shady.

In my 20's I was occasionally attacked by a former manager. He ridiculed me for dressing up & at 25 I resigned & accepted a manager's position. 6 months later he joins my firm & project team & upon instantly meeting again he attempted to belittle me in front of others. I immediately reminded him who was in charge - now, ME. He soon backed down in a flash.

That last point is crucial "Get them out of your life" - a jealous "friend" or family member will do far more damage than your worst enemy. Process and release your anger towards them but deny them access to your time and energy until they have dealt with their shit.

Yes it is. My own sister was poisoning me. Yes its true. I caught her red handed. She had done it a couple of times because when i caught her i can remember back when the food tasted weird and my body swoll up. Im just now able to talk about it. When she tried to poison me i went into shock. I couldnt beleive my eyes. i pretended like i didnt know. Its been a year now and i can finally say the words from my lips without feeling like im talking crazy or just a big liar. Im neither. I cut off all ties with my sister. Yes my sister was poisoning me. Its true.

It's happening to me right now. A long-time friend of mine seemingly innocently at first, just asked about my New Year's resolutions, or goals for the upcoming 20s. Sounds swell right? But when I answered by sharing with him my short & long term goals, he immediately tried to shut them down. Why even ask in the first place then? Did he really want me to have lame, or no goals? It's basically the first part of this video playing out in real life. Now I regret saying anything to him. Not because I still want to retain the friendship, but because I realize that my goals are more important. And any such negativity affects my mood, so I want to cut it off. I'm not telling anybody again though, lesson learned. Or at least not anything important enough to me personally. I believe people only want to feel empowered by your failure. At least with enemies, you can use their jealousy as fuel for your fire. But a so called "friend"'s jealousy is just a stifling block, an anchor.

I had to distance myself from a younger sister who tries to be me. She hates me and made it up in her mind a long time ago, that she is not going to get along with me. She actually thinks that she is better and more successful than me. But she is really pitiful and sad. I still love her and I pray for her.
