So true, it always bugged me how hard my best friend was on her 26 yr old daughter....(she had bad issues with her own mom) and when I tried to reason with her, she ignored me, now her daughter doesn’t speak to her or anyone in the family....because my friend couldn’t manipulate or intimidate her anymore.....so it became that all of a sudden if I didn’t cater to her I wasn’t a good friend, she was rude to me, it really hurt me, but if 9 yrs of friendship meant nothing, there’s nothing I can do but wish her well in my heart and let her go 😭

Extroverts but not all-" I need somewhere to flock my feathers 🦚 because I'm starting to pluck mine DAMMIT".I've known so many people who sadly could not handle this whole pandemic and got into unhealthy habits and violence 😔.Being an introvert myself just another day especially after everything I've been through in life I don't trust no one and live my life peaceful with 1 person to talk to besides my social worker and therapist.1 thing I learned is "Never let anybody think you need them".

I honestly have been trying to figure out the same thing, I don't get it. People get mad at me for not tolerating their bs. But yet they can do it to me & everything is fine especially when you don't speak on it. I haven't personally done anything to anybody to have to deal with this kind of treatment

Since I don't know you I feel that I can speak freely. After reading your comment, I started thinking of possible other reasons that people may avoid someone. Not knowing you at all I have no way of knowing, but there are first the things that Daniel mentioned. But then there are other reasons as well. Some are as follows: 1. If someone is insecure it can be a huge turnoff for others. 2. If someone smells bad, such as with bad breath or body odor, it can be a turnoff. 3. Talking over others like interrupting people can turn some people off. 4. Talking too much can also turn some off. To be candid, I have to watch this one, and number three. haha Hey we all need improvement at times in our life. By the way, if you have a best friend that is similar to you then it can actually be a good thing in this regards. That's my situation. However, it doesn't work the same with my other people and friends. Moving on to number five below. 5. On the flip side, you can have some opposite and awesome traits, but this can turn the wrong people off. In other words, if you're fun, nice, confident, etc, etc....but you are trying to hang with the wrong people that aren't like that, then they may not appreciate this about you. In this case, you would just need to get some different friends, ones that are similar to you so that they appreciate you. Some may not even be similar to you, but still appreciate you. Just make sure that the people you are hanging out with appreciate you and that they also make you feel happy on the inside. I'm just saying make sure that you are hanging out with the right people. Perhaps you aren't hanging out with anyone. That happens. In this case, pray, get out of your shell and try to make some healthy friends. 6. Oh I had one other thought, if you are being too negative sometimes this can turn people off. People really want to be encouraged and to be around joyful people. If you need to become more joyful. Hey crazy thought. Maybe fake it until you make it. You know how they say put a fake smile on. Well I don't condone fakeness. In fact, I don't like fakeness at all. However, in some situations, it can actually help just to smile and try to act happy even when your not, at least until you find the right person to be real with and at least until you find the right place to be real. You know the safe place they call it. But find the right people quickly cause its not good to keep that stuff inside. Ok so that was a lot I know. If you read this far, thank you. I told you I can talk alot. However, I hope there was at least one thing that I said that helped. Hey we are all just on this crazy journey of life trying to figure it out as we go. And there you have it, some other ideas to add to Daniel's thoughts. The main thing is .....Remember to keep your chin up. Look on the bright side of life, try to find the good in everything. And the most important....Try to find some positive and helpful friends that are right for you! Blessings and Peace to you.

We are both talkative, bold, outgoing, interrupting at times, love to give advice, fun loving, caring, but tough skinned, and confident women. However, all of these traits are not always smiled upon. But for us it works perfectly, and it works great with my other peep normally. However, with my husband who has a different communication style, I am more gentle and sensitive towards him because he is so sensitive. So as far as the occasional interrupting, well I work on that. It seems that most people interrupt, even my husband; however, to some it bothers and to some it doesn't. I would say that when communicating with different types of people it helps to be sensitive to their communication style, while still being yourself. Anyway....loved your comment! And it got a response.

Loneliness is a rather sickly, but mild, emotion with an element of unpleasantness that I experience due to ancient instincts. It is quite easy to ignore. However, the emotions humans can inflict on other humans can be cripplingly painful. I chose social isolation, the safest method, to avoid falling victim to crippling emotions I previously experienced while attempting to be social. I believe the benefits of social isolation far exceed the negatives. Loneliness is very mild compared to the emotions stimulated by those I believed friends and my girlfriend. I will never allow any possibility of ever experiencing those crippling emotions stimulated by a fake girlfriend and false friends, again.
