This is a really good way for baby’s to communicate if they’re feeling a little overwhelmed of what to say if they’re crying or can’t show the emotions of what they’re talking ! I’m going teach my babies as soon as I do deliver
Thank you so much for this, I’m a Briton living overseas and just had a baby whom I want to teach BSL but obviously there aren’t any courses locally (even without Covid to contend with)! This is really helpful.
Your videos are so informative and easy to follow. I've been teaching my 4 month old BSL using your videos Please do more signs for babies? I'd like to teach my baby words like bath, bite, change diaper, play time, read books, toys, etc.. thanks!
I'm in the United States, I don't have a baby, and I don't know how this came up in my recommended. But I learned something new today! I think your channel is really cool!
Just starting to learn BSL, but have been using these signs for my children and the children I work with in the nursery for years. Thankyou for your excellent channel.
Thanks, this has really helped as my son suffers from a speech impediment and now that nursery/ schools have closed I didn’t know the sign for poop as I’m potty training.
It would be lovely if you can teach us some sign for our baby please, for a younger one, there is a sign to say you need to usr the toilet? Thank you in advance
This may be a stupid question, but how are people teaching their baby the sign for hungry? I'm signing food and drink when eating and drinking but struggling with when to do hungry. Thanks for any insight!
You just use your dominant hand to sign the words. The sign doesn’t change depending on what hand you use. So if your left handed you just use your left hand to sign these words. Hope this helps :)
@@Bambi-TheBunny Thanks so much for taking the time to reply! I wasn't sure if you could only sign with one particular hand. That's very useful to know, thank you 😊
between 6 - 9 months is when they take it in the most but can be done anytime. there's babies that can sign at 5 months, but my 10 month old is still not really signing but we'll persevere lol
