The thing that stood out for me in this...dont react as it gives oppersition power-and it robs you of your happiness by giving it energy. Im battling with my thoughts as I really dont want to spend my life wasted on unnecessary energy. Im going to take that piece of advice and cherish it. Meditation also helps massively to bring inner peace..I loved this interview

Hey I just thought of something. May it would help to apply the "i am blessed to..." to things that you are afraid of. Could be worded as "I have the opportunity to..." "i get to..." exc. It could make whatever the fearful event is less scary. This is my first introduction to Chris Lee. I like him so far.

So motivating. I really like what he says because so much of it is practical. The only thing I'm confused about is the aspect of expectations. Chris mentions not trying to control the outcome, but we're also supposed to expect great things. I personally never know which one to go with, so it's always a bit of both... but is that possible?

There's one thing that I find prevents me from happiness, I'm too "realistic" . For example from this podcast, I would see a middle finger ! Not a peace sign. Because that's what it was. I don't want to believe a lie, or tell myself something sugar coated if that's not the reality of it. How do I get past that?
