A billion years ago when the 7-string RG first came out (and I had a RG7620), KoRn ruled alternative radio, and Steve Vai didn't have a grandpa goatee, Ibanez included a VHS tape called 7th Heaven to show off all the cool things you could do with a 7-string guitar. One thing that stuck with me was Andy Timmons' playing - he was playing a 7-string acoustic. And, despite not being much of an acoustic player myself, I always had an interest in picking up one of them. This reminded me of that quite a bit. Go look it up sometime. It's probably on RU-vid somewhere. It's a pretty funny snapshot of the late 90's.
