@@Bahi03 are you tracking the calories and protein intake. If you don’t track it, you’ll never know if you’re actually eating enough. Also, go hard in the gym.
I'm more of a "skinny fat", I have gynaecomastia, too (since age 11, 34 now). When clothed I appear to be very thin, but actually I have some belly fat and always have done. Also have male breast tissue which doesn't go away. I've been running every day for about 10 years and eat very well (meaning well researched, planned with tables/calorie-protein-fat counting etc.). My body has the kind of fat distribution where it gathers the fat on my stomach, doesn't matter how much exercise or how much I eat well. It's from a genetic abnormality (xxy syndrome). It's a challenging body as far as clothes are concerned ahaha. I watch videos both for skinny guys and for men with gynaecomastia. I'm hoping I'll have the money for the breast operation in a year or a couple of years and maybe in the future put on SOME muscle mass, but nothing excessive, just maybe 5-10 kg. The truth is that I need my free time for running and for studying/practicing languages, I have already a lot going on to be honest and those activities mean the world to me. I actually like being small framed, but took a long time to feel that way about being thin. I am only attracted to guys and actually I like other thin guys, when I realised that I slowly ended up being less hard on myself. I realised I saw them as perfect as they were, so if I could feel like that about them then I must be good looking, too. And actually other guys do look at me when I'm on the street, even when I'm in the middle of running (and that means all my thin body is on show, in t shirt and shorts!). Ah it took me years to finally start running in shorts, I was too embarrassed to have them on show! Then I started wearing them and it felt so good that I couldn't look back :D
Just make sure the body of the shirt isn't too wide otherwise it will really expose your skinny frame. I recommend finding shirts that are called longline shirts because they are longer in length than most shirts and are perfect for tall skinny guys. 🤘🏽
Great video! Thanks for the tips I got very sick in the past few months and lost a lot of weight that I am not sure if I will be able to gain back lol. But this video gave me a lot of confidence 😊
Depending on your style, find some good quality light jackets to wear over a t-shirt to help balance your upper body with your lower body. Like a bomber jacket, leather jacket, or even a flannel shirt or another type of oversized shirt that you like. 🤘🏽
In warmer weather, try wearing slim-fit overshirts to help visually build out your frame. In colder weather, you can try crew neck sweaters as your base layer and then throw a light or heavy jacket on top. Hope that helps!✌🏽
Just make sure it’s well groomed and overall just have confidence if you decide to rock a beard. After a few weeks if you still don’t like it then maybe try a clean shave. It doesn’t matter what other people think my man, it’s whatever makes you feel good.
Ay put a little extra work into some b roll and showing us some examples of your own clothing instead of google images , I loved the video going to check out your other stuff
Depending on your style, I recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater over a t-shirt, but don't button or zip it up. For instance, for a casual look, maybe try a flannel shirt or knit workman/utility shirt. For a formal look, try a cardigan sweater or a leather/bomber jacket. For pants, I'd go with a pair of slim-fit jeans or chinos. 🤘🏽
