Aleksander Nadolny thank you that guys dumb we skinny schmucks have a hard time and this fat little slob is gonna say stuff bet if he was face to face he wouldn’t say crap
@@aleksandernadolny1236 firstly, it was a fucking joke. Secondly I'm not fat (17% body fat). Thirdly, I don't body build (feel like it doesn't look to good when you're extremely bulky). And lastly I've been to gym 4-5 times a week for the last 2 years. Don't start assumptions when you don't have a fucking clue about their life. End of story.
Jose, you're not skinny. Maybe for the American average, but you have a standard body type. Appreciate the tips but its really hard to get a T-shirt that fits in arms and that goes till my waist.
bruh my arms are twigs, and so are my legs and i have a flat stomach, but my thighs are like fucking pancakes when i sit as well, what do y’all recommend for a guy that is 5’6
1: layer your clothes 2: the sleeves need to fit perfectly 3: use lighter color 4: avoid huge heavy accessories 5: wear clothing that build your shoulders (biker jacket denim jacket etc) 6: wear a short under your jeans 7: wear thick shoes 8: roll up your sleeves
White t shirt under a bold button up, but leave it in buttoned. Then wear white or light wash jeans, khaki or olive green pants with white sneakers and let some ankle show. You can also tuck in the white T-shirt for an interesting look
Michael Nathan yes, I am still in highschool, first day today after summer break. I am starting tomorrow and I will let you know after a week how it goes
#1. Layer #2. Make Sure Your Sleeves Fit #3. Wear Lighter Colors #4. Avoid Huge Accessories #5. Wear Clothing That Builds Up Your Shoulders #6. Wear Basketball Shorts Under Your Jeans #7. Wear Thick Shoes #8. Roll Up Your Sleeves droppa like mannn.
I used to do the pants/gym-shorts thing in middle school. Not because I was skinny, but because I was too fat and didn’t want to change in front of people in gym class
Just start thinking positive. Wear anything u like or find comfortable. Eat healthy, work out, make effort, be patient and dont be hopeless or negative. You'll be fine.
its kinda hard to do that, when all my family and friends have to remind me how skinny i am, like legitimately everywhere i go, everyone is reminding me how skinny i am. its impossible to ignore it, you just have to deal with it. If you guys were in my position you would understand.
Tata The Alien - never understood this comment, is this assuming a "bro science" split routine where you dedicate a whole day just for legs? Allowing your legs only 1 x week for your legs to grow. Also, genetics plays a huge part in the calve muscles. I have friends who NEVER train calves and they have huge muscular calves. They skip leg day....
That's true, if they're that skinny one day a week won't help at all. Even people who already grew muscular legs train around 3 days to keep them in shape. Genetics is also a crucial factor.
creyag claata A. Shut the fuck u clearly don’t lift. B. Only people with big calves are people with good genetics. Everyone else has to either suffer through loads of leg workouts or small calves. C. Go to the gym
Ay brothas! Pro tip: wear a long sleeve t shirt and roll up the sleeves to about the bicep region. Then wear a jacket over that so the scrunched up sleeve adds to your bicep size.
Krishan Glover I would totally do that but then ppl would think I’m wayyyy bigger than I really am. They’d be disappointed. Don’t set standards that are too high
Yeah sometimes people are assholes don't take it personally and realize you will probably say similar things and don't realize how they affect people. Its not what you say it's how you make people feel
I like being skinny though. One tip is that you should shop in the kids section for tight fitted T-shirts. I shop in the kids section and I Tailor all my jeans. Wear a nice watch and a boot with maybe a sunglasses and you're good to go.
If you’re skinny, you can buy super skinny jeans at Aéropostale. Fairly decent quality for around $25 which is pretty affordable for branded jeans. Buy their flex effect so they wrap around the leg and give you that streamlined look. Not many color options but they have the essentials.
My parents won’t buy me clothes that fit me nice because I’m always growing. So shirts and jeans are always too big so I can grow into the longer, and my parents spend less money on clothing. 😕 I never feel confident in my clothes because they always look baggy and lazy, and I’ve had the same shirts for so long 🙄🤦🏾♂️ I don’t know what to do, is there any advice? Or will I always be forced to be ugly?
Bryan Terry na man, just when you start working find clothes that fit you and buy it. Theres nothing wrong with asking to buy certain basic peices that fit well
Bryan Terry I f e e l you my dude. My mom always buys me really huge clothes that dont fit me at alll and she says "you'll grow into them" or "you can fit them buy your senior year" like i love you and all but its wayyy to baggy and unattractive. So I recently I had to start dressing in my schools dress code, so that meant i had to wear this huge oversized shirts that i didnt wanna wear. So i just got me a summer job cause if i make and use my own money it'd be fine no one should have any issues, and I could buy me own prefered clothes cause id be spending mai own money~
That used to be me.. and people gave me such a hard time for being picky about clothing. Now that I worked out and gained 20 pounds they are asking me how I did it how I grew my butt etc etc... these people are family btw. It’s all in the mind. I just told myself results only take 2-6 weeks to appear and I do not have to workout every day so why not? Ido not have a 6 pack because I do not want to burn off my belly that I achieved while bulking. It’s my war scar . I can probably get the 6 pack lightning fast since I lose weight easily but I do not want to lose the 20 pounds gained.
Ask your parents for the same amount of money they would spend on the clothes they are buying you and ask them if you can spend it yourself and as other people suggested maybe get a job to earn some extra money, you could also e.g. sell your old clothes
One of my guy friends is a walking stick. He is trying to gain weight because he doesn't want to be that thin. He will hit the gym when he gains enough weight too.
I’m skinny but that’s because I’m 6.2 and have a fast metabolism. And the way tall male bone structures are set up make the person look skinny if you were to look normal while being 5.8 or sum so you really need to pull your wait if your tall
You're talking about not to wear big watches on a skinny arm. Isn't it the same with those shoes? I'm thin and if I wear big shoes it just expresses how thin my legs are 😂
The thing with the layering hack is that it only really works in colder months. In the summer when it's hot I can't really go out in a hoodie when it's 20 Celsius outside because I'll just look stupid but I'm so insecure about my SUPER skinny arms.
Canada. I've been slim most of my life, and never had much of a hard time dating and hooking up. I'm 6 feet, and was around 155-160 lbs. for most of my life before age of 50. My frame size is Small (bone density small) small wrist, small ankles , flat butt, hahah. Seriously, women loves (not all), slim guys.
Dude I am that guy. Who weigh 50 kg and 165 cm @27. People make fun of me for being skinny, I am like sorry man I couldn’t help it being skinny This is how I am.
I used to do the layering thing because I was self conscious about my weight. But it turned it that layering was worsening my self consciousness. By layering I mean hoodies on top of flannels. I’ve learned to just be completely comfortable in my own skin. I now just wear T-shirts
That last tip of rolling up your sleeves could sometimes backfire if you do it the wrong way. I always do this with my pullover hoodies but for some reason, other types of pullover hoodies will bunch up in your arms the wrong way and it'll make you look skinny so be careful and conscious of how you do it.
I would say, however you look, do the best you can, and try to be confident in how you look. If you are not confident in your appearance and who you are, it'll show. If others think you're too skinny, or think less of you for being skinny, screw them! You're a lot more than how you look, and if other people cannot see past that, those are the people you DO NOT want in your life, anyway.
I’m 5’8 currently 146lbs . Goal is to be 170. Eat 3 meals a day or more and eat fruits any snack that won’t make you feel loaded . I’m 25 I’m tired of being small and thin
If you have a favourite shirt but the sleeves are too big n make your arms look like matchsticks u can roll up the sleeves so there shorter n tighter :)
Lol, i've been doing these before, tees with muscle bands, thousand layers of shorts before wearing pants, tailors are my bestfriends. But now coming from 55 kg before i got into weightlifting, i managed to reach 73 kg.
John Carlo Abat i am at 56kg 5’10 but I struggle so much and have no appetite from depression. I was 48kg in December of last year which was fucking scary man I was so skinny my legs were sticks
Being Indian and had such an amazing English speaking smoothness and accent.... Very well brother.... Keep it up... The confidence and everything goes rise up ❣️❣️❣️
I'm skinny and I just wanna ask why do we have to make the armholes tight? My arms are like super thin. I tried buying one shirt that has a tight sleeve and I looked like a skeleton☹️
I'm kinda skinny myself (not so much, just when I lay down you might be able to see my ribs a little), and I ditched the clothing because I would look like a going-to-be skeleton! So now I wear whatever I want (oversized hoodies are my favorites)
