Had everything in the video, I guess we think alike haha. Few other things I have in my arsenal are assorted o-rings (harbor freight), springs (harbor freight), crush washers, cotter pins, vacuum caps, and rubber stoppers, mechanics wire.

Hey I actually have two of the exact items on your list already that I bought on Amazon! I personally tend to go with a zip tie with a higher temperature rating. Great video, and I'd sure like to see more of these “the basics that you need” videos, maybe including: lubricants/ oils/ Grease, solvents, chemicals, machines (e.g., air compressor, shop vac, etc.), metal work tools, dremel bits, cutting tools, electrical toolkit, … and more.

Excellent video. Thanks. I have most of the stuff but much smaller sets. Wish I had seen something like this a while back. I will need to upgradep, especially the fuses.

A few other things that I like having big assortment boxes of - O-rings, snap rings (circlips), pop rivets, and rivnuts.

Love the solder seal connectors. Its not fun in the winter however snd all you have is a lighter thats cold. Some others i keep in my garage, is an assortment of nuts, bolts, washers and screws. Never know when you need some hardware.

While I agree on the raping you get on single fuses at the auto parts store, be VERY wary of getting packs off Amazon. A number of reputable YT sites have tested clones and found them seriously wanting. Like a 1A fuse being more like a 10A flavor. I don't know what more to tell anyone but caveat emptor.
