Quick question about your joggers is it hard to get them off after you have put them on? I have gym shark ones that are difficult to get off at the ankle and foot

I used to have a lot of girls in high school and early 20's. Now I'm 36 and only go to work, gym, and play video games. What a great life...Comfort Zone is a b*tch
The part about comfort hit home. Especially right now, got some serious life changes, but still focused on the gym, my graduate program, and being a good father to my kids. A dad teaching them the important things in life, like health, car maintenance, and other stuff. Thanks bro.
Bro this one hit different. Gotta admit, I'm guilty of a couple of these items lately and falling back into bad habits. Thanks for the reminder to refocus back on the goals, to not take the comfortable way out and to declutter useless sh*t in my life.
Same here man, not going to admit my stuff to strangers. However, it definitely hit different and makes me want to be better. The biggest thing to do is own it and change it.
Stop listening to your stuff for a while because I thought "I learned every lesson" but... I was wrong lol. To see you constantly elevate year to year has been humbling, inspiring, and fun to watch. I know now that each step is just a small step to something greater. I have to remember that when things get low. Thanks for being you and being an inspiration to many.
You are legitimately helping shape a future generation of Men. From owning insecurities to eradicating that which doesn’t help or serve you. Even in my 30s I appreciate your message ✊🏼
Would love to see a reflective video on how you view things now compared to how you did in your earlier videos. Bad takes, good takes, self-critique, etc
#5 is hard for me especially when it comes to rejection because it's happened a lot. I guess the only way to get past it is to keep working on myself and keep trying. You win or you learn.
It's even harder because you are fearing rejection. Don't let rejection affect you. Keep that positive, masculine mindset. They reject you now, and they will be crawling to you later when they hit the wall. And then you can happily reject them. Be strong my brother. You got this.
I think Ralph Sockman said: "there is nothing so strong as gentleness, and nothing so gentle as true strength." Being gentle with yourself pays far greater dividends than kicking your own teeth about a mistake. Great content in this vid, man.
I’ve watched a lot of your videos and put a lot of your concepts into my pocket; but I have to say, this video felt like it was pointed right at me. The last section in particular helped me identify just how much that “cheap masculinity” is keeping me from going to the next level. Thank you for publishing this, 100 times over. 🙏🏼
Sitting here at 30 years old. I’ve got a mortgage, I am muscular, got a good job, got my dream truck… BUT… I am not happy because I thought 30 was too late to find a women, develop a relationship and have kids but you showed me… A MANS LIFE STARTS AT 30… Now I’m hooked on your videos… Thankyou brother
I'm living a super comfortable life everyday, except when I have to go to work. I don't do anything that I don't feel like doing or don't like doing, and realize my life is the same boring bs everyday...Then get mad at looking other successful people enjoying their lives...
I have a similar story as yours bro, this was back in 2009, a friend and I went to pick up 2 girls that I met on Facebook and they were down to go out with us, all we did was go for a cruise around the city and we ended up just buying some drinks and went back to my place to drink. I was seated next to the girl I was vibing with and my friend was outside talking with the other girl. I was so nervous to even kiss the girl and she was giving me signs that she wanted to start getting physical, so I just chugged a whole bunch of beers in front of her while she was barely sipping on her drink, I ended up super drunk and just passed out right there on the couch, after that, the girl called her parents to come pick her up and i never heard from her again.
I'm currently in a stage of my life where I am breaking down my ego, self esteem, etc... And its because I'm a failure and I know it so in order to start to fix things I have to start from the ground up and its hard but this video helps me know what steps I should take next thank you 🙏
We all make mistakes. We all fail. It's what makes us human. Now we can either learn from it or keep trying the same thing over again expecting different results (insanity), what matters is what we choose.
I don't usually comment on youtube videos. But how to beast is one of the best channels I've ever discovered. I can relate to a lot od Dave's story. Most things did not come naturally to me and I had to grind to figure them out. I've definetly had my share of moments of doubt, and comparinf myself to others for not measuring up. Dave, your vids have shown me I'm not alone and have also given me a lot of guidance to improve. Thank you
#3 is on the money "Don't Get Lost in the Sauce". I fell into this trap a little bit in 2020 - 2021. Total waste of fucking time. Then I got back on the grind focusing on personal development and success 100% of the time. It's the only way.
I'm guilty for more then a couple of these things. When it come to porn addiction I wish someone when I was younger sat me down and said "aside from the fact the it's morally wrong, but it's biologically not good for your health and relationships."
Feedback. I didn't watch much of your videos before because they were too long and with "fillers". Your delivery is way better now. Has the entertainment part, the business part (ads), but they are way more quicker, and we don't lose focus on the main msg. You keep going straight to the point!!! Congrats, hope it keep that way
All maturity intended, quitting watchin porn does help a lot. You feel well focused and not brainwashed. I don't have any desire to watch it at all the last few years.
Many speak about masculinity nowadays, but I always find your your thoughts and your viewpoint on things which are very deep understood and I find your videos more helpful to the Bros is out there and make them the real bros whom they should be to get a hard mindset and build up their future😉.
Really good content in this video. I hope to see more videos like this in the future. I was doing really good with a lot of the things David was talking about in the video, but then I slipped up. This was a nice little reminder that I have to get up, brush off the dust, and go forward and not letting negative energy drag me down. Thanks David! Stay Beastly
Great message and content as always. I was confused about the "Toxic Masculinity" title making people assume the channel is representing all of one side or the other of the "ideology" line thats dividing everyone. I'm glad I stopped and watched the video and found out otherwise, good take on the term. Maybe a hidden lesson in the title too. I like the comfort part. It's like David Goggins says about intentionally doing something that "SUCKS" every day.
BRO I am loving these sit downs that have all these additional effect like the visuals man , they kind of put you to the picture, much more interesting than those straight sit down talks and they are not boring bro they make you want more of BEAST content. Bro you just took podcasts or sit downs to another level STAY BEASTY
This was a nice video, especially the being gentle on yourself, you have to live with you every day so give yourself chances, tips, tricks, knowledge and you’ll get better
Man, this was amazing and every guy should watch this multiple times throughout their lives. Not all of it applies to me but the principles are super solid.
Just a minor recommendation, in addition to the filter you already have on your website for stock/ out of stock items, it would be great to combine that filter with sizes. Like for example I want to see what is in stock that is also XL. Thanks for the video. Really great insight
My sister went to Boston University from 2008 to 2012 so you probably know her. We are lifelong Massachusetts residents. And my dad works at Boston University since 2000.
