From experience, I've learned that the approach is like a muscle, if you don't work it, it won't get stronger. Practice "throwing" yourself into conversations with girls, even if it's about completely random nonsense. Just like how the more you reach muscle failure in your workout, the further away it gets next time you work out, the more you reach NEAR anxiety, the further away that'll get too. The more you do it, you'll teach your nerves that there's nothing the be afraid of at all. I hope this was helpful to anyone needing additional advice. Stay based.

it's a good advice trust me it works. just go and make small talk with random girls with 0 intentions of hooking up with them and you will see the improvement in conversations and confidence.

I gotta tell something. I talked to a lot of guys and girls recently building up confidence and security in myself. Now I use to talk to girls just in a fun and friendly way and not flirty because I'm just 18 and I need to improve before I learn to step up my game, but I gotta tell you something: these videos help and not help; they can be important but on a microlevel. The best advice I can tell you is: you don't have to be scared to talk to people you don't know, I started, while I was on vacation, saying good morning to random people passing by. This might seem a stupid thing but trust me, it helped me a lot with my social anxiety. Remember that it's always cool to know someone new, that's valid both for you and for the people around you. In conclusion I have a freaking curiosity inside of me: why are boys scared of girls, I remember to be shy in front of them since elementary school, that's something really strange about human nature. Btw if you practice talking to people this fear will go away and you will see girls without this sense of inferiority, trust me. I hope I've written something that actually makes sense because these were just thoughts that came to my mind and because english isn't my first language.

a bit late but i share a similar experience. i’m 19 turning 20 soon but i started off by trying to make conversation out of anything with strangers. i noticed the first thing you say doesn’t really matter so my anxiety faded with each person i talked to. i’m still trying to be more social but taking baby steps really helps

I started by approaching women and simply asking for directions or something without the intent to get their number just to feel better about it and it was a lot easier than I thought. I would also agree with the creep thing. Once I just started holding normal conversations it worked better. I was just awkward tbh
