I met flex in BodyPower in Birmingham, UK and he was truly so genuine and friendly, he must have been exhausted from meeting everyone but was still energetic to everyone including myself. It’s a moment I will never forget and I’m glad my gym has a picture of him on the wall to keep me driven to do more

Wow man. This was so neat to hear from a professional bodybuilder and his struggle with putting down meals and losing his appetite. I have such a fast metabolism and have experienced the same thing this past 2 years and it’s ruined my relationship with food to the point where the only way I can gain weight is if I’m nearly throwing up my meals at the end of the day. Respect to him for being so transparent!

I remember Flex with Neil at the EVLs Prague competition long time ago. Very nice guys, never forget as they even bring us to the hotel lobby to have even better experience. Even that Flex was exausted before competition seems that he always find time for the fans. I got still signed t-shirt from very first edition of welsh dragon brand. Crazy...

No shame, but the fact that these guys are afraid to admit theyre on grams per week 24/7 is sad. This aint the 80s/90s everyone knows its not just protein and creatine but theyre too insecure to admit it which is sad at that age.

It's surreal that Flex is so insecure to lie about his PED usage. Yes, some people respond better than others, but in general, "it's just the finishing touch," no, in actuality it's everything that makes you. Both Bradley and Flex are lying here and it's disappointing. I've personally known Flex and he has taken way more than advertised here; he is a liar but can't escape from the lie he's created. Smoke and mirrors like all bodybuilding.

Here I figured it out and will broker the deal for 2% 😅😅😅. A Bradley Martin Raw line for Arsenal. Black tubing and( not sure on seat leather), but definitely think instead of the standard red tubing, it’s Black, Brad pics a few of his favorite pieces and in addition comes up with a piece they don’t have(like the pullover) and it’s his custom piece that is the icing on the cake for like a 10pc Raw/Arsenal line .Let me know when you are ready for my banking info…..😅😅😅😅
