Well technically Scorpion was enemy with Bi Han (the Elder Sub Zero who then become Noob Saibot). He wasn't much of an enemy to Kuai Ling (Tundra who then become the current Sub Zero)

The geth were never really an enemy though. The heretics were, but they definitely didn't become friends later. MAYBE "allies" if you were a douche and indoctrinated them.

Legion wouldn't count. However, the Geth in general would be kinda tricky for me since, yes they are enemies in the game but they never wanted to be in the first place.

In the original, where his only interactions with Kiryu are the cutscene fight in the beginning, the kidnapping of Haruka and batting cage fight, and the ramming a truck into Shangri-la and subsequent fight... no. Personally, I am of the opinion that anyone who kidnaps a traumatised nine-year-old for whatever reason, let alone one as petty as picking a fight for amusement's sake, is a villain, period. I have come to terms with the fact that the rest of the "Yakuza"-fandom seems to disagree, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Until she tries to kill the Outsider for no good reason, that guy tries to keep Dunwall and Carnaca from destroying themselves, hence why he gives Corvo and Emily their void powers and only gets passively pissed during the high chaos ending

Yeah. I agree completely. Matt Miller definitely redeemed himself. He's probably the best honorary Saint in Saints Row 4, plus he's played by Yuri Lowenthal, voice of Sasuke, adult Ben Tennyson( from Ben-10 Alien Force), Yosuke Hanamura, AND Spider-Man. Also, I let him live in SR3, because I figured when SR4 came out, Matt would actually come around and be a good guy instead. And that's what happens. And I especially love during the beginning part where your character, is climbing on the rocket, and everyone starts telling you how much they love you and how much they'll miss you, and makes their feelings known, especially Matt, saying that if he'd known how willing your character would be to sacrifice themselves to stop a missile attack, he wouldn't have tried to kill you, and that's how i knew that Matt Miller would make a great addition to the Saints. I still love SR4. It was also the last great SR game...

Think we're only counting individual characters. But you never specifically fight Legion. Legion also shows no signs of hostility towards Shepherd.

No, Legion wouldn't count. He's from a completely different sect than the one you fought in ME1. His group was never technically against you in the first place.

Now, depending on how you play Shepard, Cerberus could count. Sure, TIM, Jacob, and Miranda all insist that the Cerberus labs you raided in ME1 belonged to rogue cells, but seeing what TIM has had done to the troopers in the short time from ME2 to ME3 makes me think those earlier experiments were probably a bit more official than we were meant to think.

Like pretty much everyone on this list, especially Edgeworth(who is my favorite one). I love the Ace Attorney series. It's too bad we never got the sequel to Ace Attorney Investigations though...Edgeworth is like Vegeta, but calmer, and like Andy said, "dresses like a 17th century vampire". I don't know, he was a great friend in the Pre-sequel, to the point where he risked his own life to save you and his coworkers on the Helios space station. He was an equally good villain too. Only issue is I'm not sure if it works here since he started as a friend and became your enemy later if you go by the series' chronological order.

It always gives me heart to hear other bring up Golden Sun. Two of my favourite GBA games to be created by far.

Is having different methods of achieving a common goal (saving Weyland either via lighting the lighthouses and unleashing alchemy unto the world, forcing it to be rebirth or letting it rot slowly) considered "enemies"? Then again, Golden Sun is legendary. Shame Ivan, Mia, Felix and his co. don't have cameos in Dark Dawn.
