I just wanted to find out were to get Topaz from to practice for you said it is better to practice on topaz. So I am looking for some topaz, I hope that you can asist with this for the local topaz here in australia is cntrolled by pirates for they seem to think it is gold.

Greetings Justin. I have one question concerning "cutting in the center of the lap". Would you recommend it also for other machines like Raytech Shaw and other which use handpiece for faceting? Ive noticed with my Gemmarum faceting machine if im swingin too much i mess up my meets in long run.

Hi Justin . I really appreciate your videos. I have had am Imahashi machine for several years . It seems that very few people here in the US use this style machine. I have learned a great deal from your videos. Thanks. I was in Bangkok Thailand a few years ago for a short visit. I went to the gem exchange in the same building with the gemology school but it was a Sunday and very few people were around. Best of luck to you sir.
