These are great tips for younger kiddos. Mine are older...i have tried some of these and have failed miserably. My husband is a gamer and doesnt really see the need to limit the screen time, so im fighting the battle alone. Its very difficult.

Oh that must be so tough! It is going to be really hard to reduce screen time when dad is not convinced it is needed nor does it himself. Same with expecting kids to eat veggies while the parent never eats them. Maybe start by discussing it again with him?

I struggle to entertain my 15 yr old son. Any suggestions?

That's a great question. I am personally a mom to younger kids, so I don't have experience in that sense. But what I would think is; find him a hobby he loves. Let him experience new things and figure out what he likes. Maybe it's building Lego sets, maybe it's doing science experiments, maybe he likes sports, etc. Let him discover for a while and go from there. But again, I am not an expert on this because I don't have kids that age.
